“I generally do not care for stores like this, but decided to get a photograph framed and went in with my three year old on a Saturday. I went to the framing counter at the back and Al helped me. Al was incredibly helpful, had an excellent disposition, and most importantly, helped me to make important design decisions and I am incredibly happy with the result. It is really apparent to me now that the success of these places can hinge on good customer service and good people, and Michaels has certainly found that person in Al at the framing counter.
