“These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen!
I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen.

“I generally do not care for stores like this, but decided to get a photograph framed and went in with my three year old on a Saturday. I went to the framing counter at the back and Al helped me. Al was incredibly helpful, had an excellent disposition, and most importantly, helped me to make important design decisions and I am incredibly happy with the result. It is really apparent to me now that the success of these places can hinge on good customer service and good people, and Michaels has certainly found that person in Al at the framing counter. Thank you Al!”
