“Sleep Number is the only type of bed I'll own, so when I needed a new bed, I headed straight to the store in Alderwood. It's easy to find and in an area with decent parking. I was helped by Kevin, who made an otherwise stressful purchase a piece of cake. He listened to my needs and budget and got me into a higher-level bed than I thought I could afford--with an adjustable frame as a major bonus! Kevin was kind, approachable, funny, knowledgeable, and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. He was even able to help when there was a slight snafu with delivery timing. I strongly recommend Sleep Number, specifically the Alderwood location, if you're in the Seattle-area and in the market for a new bed.”

I just chalk it up to research premium to find interesting local brands and items. Besides this store has been around for as long as I can remember, it has a special place in my heart.”

“I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”

“If you go to this store you'd better bring breadcrumbs to find your way out because it's an absolute maze inside! Lol Huge store and enormous selections. We ended up getting help from an associate, but they were very friendly and completely knowledgeable about where everything was. Honestly, if this store doesn't have it, then you probably don't need it!”
“This place is a hit or a miss. But when I do find stuff it's always really cute and inexpensive! I got 4 shirts for under 10$ each which is a really good deal. This is my go to store for clothes.”
“I received excellent service through a representative in the store, her name is Sandy. I was looking to view a particular piece of furniture before I purchased it and wanted to come in and look at it. She went above and beyond locating it for me and making sure I could see it before I made the hour and a half drive. She also assisted me in purchasing it, we tried to get it delivered but I live too far away so she made sure it was wrapped for me so I can safely transport it. I purchased the floor model. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone and coordinating the effort. Sandy is a stellar ambassador for the Pottery Barn chain.Also when I came to pick up the product that was a very nice young man that helped me load it into the truck has it weighed 120 pounds.Everyone in that store is courteous professional and attentive. It’s the kind of service you just don’t see any more!”
