We had a great experience working with Sarah and The Phinery on the redesign of our primary bathroom and powder room. She took our inspiration ideas and turned them into beautiful spaces that feel completely right for our home.
My husband and I often have different tastes and priorities, and Sarah was especially good at helping us find a shared vision and make decisions we both felt good about. We truly love how both bathrooms turned out.
Sarah also oversaw the contractors during the remodel, and her attention to detail made a huge difference. She has an excellent eye and creates spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

“I sat on my 7 yr old EA leather couch with a putty knife in my back pocket which cut through the upholstery. EA had the complete record of my purchase and was able to match the color of the replacement cushion almost perfectly. Was it an expensive mistake on my part? Yes it was, but EA was able to get my couch back to perfect condition again and that’s the important thing. It did take them about 3 months though.”

“I rarely shop here but my wife's into that diamond art and so we bought one of those LED pads so she could see it better but it died after a couple days, I swung in and Jake the manager told me no problem go ahead and get another one and that was very smooth and easy and so I recommend Jake get a raise.”

Would have gotten five stars but their staff is kind of garbage. Not exactly helpful, kind of rude, kind of just in their own thing doing their own thing like they're at high school or something and like don't believe they have to help customers or customer service. Otherwise I would have given it five stars but their customer service is kind of trash to be honest I can't put it any nicer than that. “HUGE shout out to my man Jesse. If you go this store, you will likely run into him and he will be working his butt off. He helped us design our kitchen with cabinets and countertops. He was always trying to problem solve our restrictions. He thought about a ton of scenarios we overlooked. He was always looking to save us the most money by keeping in contact about new sales. While installing the cabinets he took every single one of our calls and got the information we needed. This store is lucky to have him.
Also, please hire more people at this Lowes. It is becoming a very common occurrence where departments just don't have someone during peak hours of the day.”

“I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”

“its Ross, its great, cant really say much else. go there and get great deals on clothes, shoes, stuff for home, random things for your car (their phone mounts are usually less than $10 and actually work nicely) and everything else in between. this location specifically isnt super busy, at least when ive went, and checkout is a breeze. also, big shout out to the security lady at the doors! she was very welcoming and friendly making it a point to not only greet everybody coming in, but telling people to have a nice day as they are leaving. most security people just kinda stare blankly but she was very kind to everyone!”
