“The entire staff at Ben Bridge Alderwood was so nice, however working with Jay was the best experience ever! She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. As an expert Gemologist, Jay took the time to help me find the perfect emerald. She was as excited as I was when I went to pick it up! She also made sure my other rings were secure and cleaned. This was my first time going to Ben Bridge and my first time spending quite a bit on jewelry. I have to say that they have a customer for life! Jay really knows her stuff and has a great personality to match! She truly deserves all the accolades for her outstanding customer service! I’m looking forward to going back to visit her again soon.”
“Medina Jewelers is the only place I take my jewelry to be repaired or sized. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and the gentleman who does the goldsmithing is a true artist. I have taken two very special rings to him to be sized and he was not only able to size them (including making sure the grooves on a band showed no sign of work done) but the turn around time is so fast! Their pricing is incredibly fair without compromising quality.”

“My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy.
Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared.
Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.”
“I brought three 13 year olds girls to get their ears pierced today. Two of them got their 2nd piercings and another got re-pierced after 4 years of the piercing being closed up. The two piercers we had were amazing! They were patient, professional, and so friendly! They made the girls feel so comfortable and a great experience! “I have worked with both Chandler & Michelle at the Lynnwood office to sort through, determine values & sell a huge coin collection that I inherited. Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I felt valued as a customer and I appreciated that they were transparent with their sources of information. I kept some coins, sold some for the metal value and sold some as collector coins. Really a great experience! Side note: I would recommend scheduling an appt to ensure you’re seen quickly even when the office is busy.”
“I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”
“I have a broken back, so can no longer shop at a supermarket. Fred Meyer is a lifesaver with their home delivery. Their online web page for ordering is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of products is great. When they come to deliver, I go out to my third-floor balcony and toss my keys down to the delivery man. He lets himself into the building and brings my groceries up to my apartment. Quick and easy from start to finish. I can't rave about them enough.”
