She took the time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly patient as she showed me different ring styles and diamond sizes while I felt like a kid in a candy store! What really stood out was how attentive she was. She remembered details I had mentioned, like my favorite diamond shapes and preferred carat sizes, which made the experience feel very personalized. “I work at Alderwood mall, this is my favorite place to go on breaks as it’s filled with small trinkets and high end gifts for loved ones. It’s like a one stop shop. I like to not be bothered while shopping, the workers are not overwhelming, they don’t ask you if you need anything , as the store is quite overwhelming it self, but in a glorious way. There is something for everyone at fireworks. I’ve never been met with unfriendliness at this location. Will probably be back tomorrow!”

I was walking in with the intention to see if I would be okay with replacing a memorable sterling silver ring that all my siblings all bought when my dad passed and he found me one that really spoke to me and matched exactly what I explained. Thank you so much. It was heartbreaking replacing it but the wrap around style I couldn't wear it when washing my face because uts abrasive and he understood and accommodated.
