A little over a year ago they helped me get mail to a government agency, that was really uncharitable with the amount of time they wanted to receive a response from me, within 2 days. And in that same visit I bought a set of Endangered Species stamps from that became my favorite stamps, they're so cool!

My most recent visit as of yesterday, there were only 2 basic stamp designs to choose from but I grabbed the Garden Delights which served my purpose to have stamps I don't care to keep for collecting. And I grabbed a handful of envelopes for $0.12 each. It's so clutch to have a place that sells individual envelopes! I just needed a couple envelopes around 6'x4' to send out snail mail ASAP and this was on the way during my trip yesterday so it saved me a having to hit up a store like staples just for a pack of waaayyy more envelopes than I need.”

“Five stars for value. This is a MUCH cheaper option for sending packages to China. We have used it many times. It's a small office and it can get pretty busy in there. Sometimes it is a challenge to find a place to stand or work. Staff do their best to accommodate. The paperwork is a pain in the neck, but it's not staff's fault. They are complying with the regulations. Don't bother pre-packing. It's best to use their boxes. Very grateful to have this service.”

“Yesterday my friend and I came in to print off a lot of important documents. I told the lady behind the counter we will need help and she gave me a card and left us to figure it out. We didn't, had to ask her 3 times for help. Nothing got resolved intell this very nice young lady her name was lyann came to the rescue.
She actually showed us and we got everything printed off.
She also help with getting other documents printed off for us.
Her customer skills were outstanding. She was kind, patient and so helpful.
The other lady, she was not any of the above. I believe she was a manager. She was not helpful, and she was rude.
