Recently I bought a pair pants there to add to what I already have because the product is so high quality the previous pair I still have I bought almost 4 years ago and these things are like still brand and the best part is you can wash in the washer and place them in the dryer, No Wrinkles. “This is the missexd connection section on craigslist right? Was looking for a hookups deck and was quickly informed they don't carry them. Later i came back and bought these early 2000's ass sunglasses. I waited in line for a long time then the same girl who answered my question before came, snagged me and rung me up in the back in the skate shop section. If anyone who works there sees this show it to her and I'll bump this Lil 4 to a 5. Her shirt was broken i think and her belly was showing. Someone drew on one of her arms, she used to skate but now has bad joints.. didnt ask how her joints got ran though...none of my business. Anyways ig is @drew.the.dominant and I don't live in the area. Was at d&b for a b day party. Hope to hear from her ... ?=?...TBD.”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”
“Tonight was busy and one young guy helped me out tremendously.
From finding shoes in the back, carrying 5 boxes of shoes back and forth, changing model #'s b/c some are narrow, others are wide, and oddly sizes run small then large from different styles. He helped with all of them.
Found a pair that fit better in black yet I normally prefer brown, the fitment won the tossup and maybe brown will be in the future or I may have to shop online.
The entire crew there was genuinely nice and helpful while customers were all over, kids everywhere, mayhem in the isle and they kept it neat and tidy the whole time.
I wish the stores had better shoe horns, yet they at least had a tiny one. Seems like something they'd have tethered up to the stools.
Also, not taking a star away yet there aren't enough benches to try on shoes here. They have them but they're a single tiny cube and everyone's basically either trying to bogart it with leaving boxes on it or there's a line, or we're all trying on shoes while standing up.
Overall, this is a great store, great people working there dealing with a LOT of clients and the selection is more than I expected.”
“Riley was awesome. He helped me find a shoe even though they didn’t have the one I was looking for. Smiled almost the whole time, while holding a really nice conversation. Not only that saved me money as well! 10/10 would recommend this location! And if Riley is there request his service, and if he’s not then tell them to call him! Give that young man a raise!”

“This store has tons of shoes! Kids, Youth, Men, and Women. I never visit this store without finding exactly the shoe I came looking for. Sometimes even an improptu smart buy! I always find my size which is very popular, 8.5 or 9. You try on the shoe right there and can walk a long way down the isles to be sure the shoe is comfy. The prices are comparable to or better than Amazon. It is neatly laid out in long rows grouped in type of shoe for men or women. There is a clearance rack in the back, so check it out! (also a restroom for patrons). I also appreciate the numerous "little things" available to purchase in the check out row - socks of every kind, eyeglass holders, foot creams, lots of interesting stuff that you can buy for yourself or some unique gifts! There is always parking spots available right outside and it has a huge covered entrance just north of Best Buy. Better yet, order online for pick up in the store - usually available same day!”

“We took my nephew back to school shopping for shoes and it was a great experience! We almost immediately got help to get his feet measured then they pointed us in the right direction. Many people helped us or made sure we were being helped if we were waiting for sizes. We felt very cared for! He ended up getting these awesome TMNT shoes!! I went in to exchange a pair of jeans I'd ordered online for a different size and it was taken care of quickly, and with a smile! The correct-size jeans, which they didn't have in stock, were delivered to my home a few days later wth no shipping charge! Very impressed with J. Jill's customer service, as usual, and thrilled that they are once again carrying Tried and True Fit jeans after an absence of many years!!”

The shoes last forever,have never had to get a repeat set, I got my dad one size to small of a sweater and the owners were super chill letting him exchange it without a recipes/or without me being there. (Please try to keep a gift recipe tho,its harder than you think running a small business).”
