“I made my first visit to Market Street Shoes yesterday, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! I felt welcomed and attended to as soon as I walked in. I was surprised and excited to see that the shop also had a wonderfully curated clothing selection! I wear a US women’s 12-14; often, small shops like Market Street Shoes won’t have options for me. There ended up being plenty of colorful, fun garments for me to try on!When Kelsey saw I had my hands full of clothes, she was quick to start a dressing room while I kept browsing. After I’d been in the room for about 5-7 minutes, Danelle came over and asked how I was doing. I was trying on a dress that made me feel so beautiful. When I showed Danelle what I was trying on, she gave me a big smile and said, ‘I can tell you something looks great, but it really matters how you feel in it, and I can tell you feel really good. It looks made for you.’ When I was finished with clothes, a third shop attendant (who’s name I didn’t get, but she was wearing a wonderful 80s-inspired neon-punk jacket and awesome red triangle earrings) offered to keep the dress behind the counter while I kept shopping.Danelle continued to help me as I started to look at shoes. She was knowledgeable, kind, and gave me great options for the footwear needs I communicated with her! She also helped me figure out that, lo and behold, the reason I’ve been having foot pain is because I’ve been wearing the wrong shoe size! I have a wide toe box and have been compensating for that by sizing up at shoe stores. Danelle heat-widened a pair of adorable leather orange sandals for me. She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. A big thank you to the whole team for the obvious care that is put in to every aspect of the shop. Cheers!”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”
“This shop is great. Although it's small, it has awesome lighting, seating, and a great selection of heels. I bought 2 pairs and they feel very comfortable and durable. The staff are very nice and professional. Specifically, I was helped by Fabian. He was very efficient, friendly, and helpful with sizing and providing different options if items weren’t in stock. Overall, I was able to buy heels that I loved!”

“I made a special trip to this store because it's the only Skechers store within 4 hours of where I live. It was very much worth the drive! A store associate named Allie was amazing in helping me find Slip-In shoes that fit my extra wide feet. Kudos to Skechers for packaging that make it simple to zero in on the style and size so easily and for the store for having an entire aisle of wide width shoes. I tried on every style of shoes in my size. Only about 1/3 of them fit my particular feet, but that 1/3 meant that I left with 4 pairs of shoes and two pairs of sandals that are dreamy on my feet and so easy to get on and off! I asked Allie if I could speak to her manager (whose name I forget), and her manager was very happy (and not surprised) that Allie had provided excellent service. This store is well run, and the service can't be beat. I highly recommend it!”

This was a great shopping day for my significant other and I. He purchased Puma Gear and purchased for me shoes, boots and jackets. Prices great. A lot of good clearance items. Fitting rooms were clean ( no clothes left in the stalls), good lighting and 3 way mirrors. Good shopping experience. I definitely recommend this location.”

“I used to be around a lot of sneaker heads and shopped at Likelihood, BAIT, Urbanity, Zebra Club, this one sneaker shop on Capitol Hill on 12th that's no longer in existence and grew up going to sneaker city downtown with all the J's, Dunks and Cortez that were all shrink wrapped. As a novice with sneakers but not with clothing, I noticed a specific culture of consumers that may gather at sneaker shop and it may not feel as inclusive or intimidating.l. I think that sneaker culture can be really fun and inclusive and sneak city provides this experience. Their selection is HUGE of J's. I like that the staff are helpful and customer service is really good. I want to give a 5 star review because the 3 staff I interacted with seemed like they genuinely enjoyed sneakers and selling shoes. I didn't get a disposable income vibe from them, nor an upselling of J's. It was a laid back approach and I enjoyed seeing families and parents of all ages shopping and window shopping. The shoes are market price and as a small business I'm sure they have to cover their overhead fees. I haven't experienced any of the online mix ups read in the reviews. I like this shop and my kids love it. I'll continue to support.”
