Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I felt valued as a customer and I appreciated that they were transparent with their sources of information. I kept some coins, sold some for the metal value and sold some as collector coins. Really a great experience! “The entire staff at Ben Bridge Alderwood was so nice, however working with Jay was the best experience ever! She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. As an expert Gemologist, Jay took the time to help me find the perfect emerald. She was as excited as I was when I went to pick it up! She also made sure my other rings were secure and cleaned. This was my first time going to Ben Bridge and my first time spending quite a bit on jewelry. I have to say that they have a customer for life!
