Both of them were patient, professional, and genuinely determined to make things right. They spent nearly 30 minutes working directly with online customer service, advocating for me every step of the way.
What could have been another frustrating experience turned into the complete opposite. I walked out with a brand-new watch and, more importantly, a whole new appreciation for the Maple Valley Verizon team.
