“Special shout out to Isai Carrion. I unfortunately had to visit the Covington WA store several times for a technical issue. I was contemplating canceling service until I got the pleasure to work with Isai. He was super friendly, kind, extremely patient, great communicator and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I came in, he remembered who I was and made sure that we could work together again. It really helped things go smoothly until my issue was resolved together. What a great experience.”

“Excellent experience at this store. Had issues with changing providers, couldn't get service and Taylor at Maple Valley worked hard to get this resolved and I became a verizon customer . Thanks again for all your effort.”
