“Ruby was a great help to me at Verizon store apart Kent Station. However, The person she contacted to help me with my billing issues was not a great help at all, and I don’t know her name, but I’m sure you can find her information.”

“Cricket wireless has been a lifesaver! I paid $100 for my phone and it's $30 for each line. So I only pay $100 each month for unlimited text and calling because I added insurance to all the phones. When I was going to be late on my phone bill I called them for help. They told me to come into the store and they extended the due date by 9 days for $20. However, the phones do not have a lot of data. They have enough if you're not using it as a digital camera. The only other negative is that if you do not pay your phone bill by the due date each month you will lose your phone number within I think 24 to 48 hours. For a single mom with kids the pros outweigh the cons big-time!”
