“In my experience most postal employees are not particularly kind or helpful. However here, Dakota was very charitable and kind. Hire more people like Dakota. He’s a good man.”

“Beautiful building!! Alex was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 service. She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to all the details when I had to ship a BUNCH of items. Could not be happier with my service due to her help. Very satisfied with my experience. Served with a smile.”

“I did not think this Yoke's had the excellent sandwich/burger lunch options offered at other stores in the area. Random stop a week ago showed that they, too, had started doing that. Cool, because they're a lot closer to the abode than the ones downtown. The sandwiches here were as good as our other experience on Montgomery, so no issues there. Some things to mention... They were pretty slow, and it was not a busy deli in mid-PM. Second, the small dining area in front of the store is blocked off by lots of....stuff, and you're not in their line of sight. After 25 mins, I stood up to check things out, and the gal who took my order said in a flustered manner, 'Okay, there you are!' She probably took a few laps around the store with our food. Regardless, for a $6.49 daily sammie special, with an included side, I'll take the very minor inconveniences. I'm frugal... ;)”

“Beautiful old post office in a historic building. Downtown parking is usually a headache, so it's not the most convienent location but if you're downtown already I'd highly recommend doing some business here just for the atmosphere and setting.Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.”

“I've frequented this post office 6 days a week for the past 14 months. Running an online retail store, I drop off hundreds of items each week, and in spite of the volume of work I drop on them day after day, they always greet me jovially.

I don't post many reviews, but this establishment and every one of its staff deserve recognition for the work that they do. The dry humor and sarcasm I've encountered there has been a dependable source of entertainment.

If you're ever passing through, pop in and tell them you have a trunk full of packages to drop off for The Twisted Lily!”

“Overall, a 5-star experience. The change in management has brought about a noticeable improvement in every aspect of the store. The staff is now more attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly than ever before.”

“I've been going to this post office for many years. Haven't ever been treated badly by a single employee. They are always courteous and helpful. Never had a problem receiving or sending mail either. Thank you folks at the Hillyard post office, you are appreciated.”

“I have an online business and I drop off packages every day. They always say hello and are helpful. I wish they had the operating budget to open at 8 and to be open on Saturdays”

“Cheney USPS is fantastic! From super friendly service for little things like sending packages and buying stamps. But, best of all is their attitude and commitment when I’ve shipped my books via media mail, which I’ve done 3xs now. One time, my books were sent back to the Cheney post office by mistake (not theirs) and they made sure to coordinate with my family to make sure I got my books. This time, they were super friendly (despite the boxes being heavy and honestly a little bit of a pain) and made sure I got the best price for shipping! I appreciate this little post office so much! Thank you and keep up the good work! ?”

“I have had only one problem with a pkg I had to send to the post office itself. It wasn't deliverable to a PO Box. It evidently was overlooked and I wasn't notified. It was almost sent back. Otherwise the service is very nice though not all of Joe's subs are always pleasant.”
