“Michel was awesome! We went to get our babies passport done (we scheduled an appt online) and she was so patient. We made a mistake on our paperwork and she was able to help us out.
The location itself is a little rough, the lobby does kind of smell like urine but once you get in there Michel was awesome!”
“Blew in here the other day, stressed. ALLAN made me immediately feel I wasn’t alone in my business dilemma. So incredibly kind (it’s a rarity in customer service/and I work in customer service ). LARRY jumped in at one point and finished up the issue I had. You guys are awesome. I really mean that. Life is stressful enough. Thank you so much! ?”
“Easy going experience and rep was very helpful without making me the customer feel judged while explaining what I was to expect. Can also appreciate their hours and conveniency.”

“Beautiful old post office in a historic building. Downtown parking is usually a headache, so it's not the most convienent location but if you're downtown already I'd highly recommend doing some business here just for the atmosphere and setting.Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.”
“Friendly staff in the post office. Always busy but seem to always be friendly:) & my mailman that delivers my mail its like clockwork when he delivers usually the same time.”
“All my interactions at the S. Regal Post Office have been great. No matter who is helping me, the person always goes out of their way to help me. My wife has had the same interactions as well.”
“The USPS branch in Airway Heights is great! Most recently, I needed assistance finding a correctly sized mailer within my budget. The staff was patient, very helpful and kept me under budget but also made sure my items would be protected and delivered on time. I left happy with a few extra dollars in my pocket but the icing on the cake was that my items were delivered two days earlier than expected! Viva USPS!”

“I’ve always had a good experience every time I’ve visited this location. I always see Ray as the main clerk. He has great customer service. Nice and friendly to everyone that I’ve seen him interact with. USPS doesn’t get enough credit on what they do on a day to day basis.”

“I have had only one problem with a pkg I had to send to the post office itself. It wasn't deliverable to a PO Box. It evidently was overlooked and I wasn't notified. It was almost sent back. Otherwise the service is very nice though not all of Joe's subs are always pleasant.”

“Cheney USPS is fantastic! From super friendly service for little things like sending packages and buying stamps. But, best of all is their attitude and commitment when I’ve shipped my books via media mail, which I’ve done 3xs now. One time, my books were sent back to the Cheney post office by mistake (not theirs) and they made sure to coordinate with my family to make sure I got my books. This time, they were super friendly (despite the boxes being heavy and honestly a little bit of a pain) and made sure I got the best price for shipping! I appreciate this little post office so much! Thank you and keep up the good work! ?”
“Went in to ship some items, experience went smooth. The lady who helped me was super nice. The building was beautiful and seemed historic. Can’t ask for much more from a USPS”
