“Can not say enough great things about Nelson and the team at Randy’s Offroad! They made my experience flawless, and best of all a one stop shop. They were able to put on my van a 2” lift kit, pre runner front bumper, headlights, running lights, spot lights, tires and wheels, a new windshield, window tint, a new horn, and even helped me with the radio. Not only was it a one stop shop they were able to get the van done on time to be able to make our trip around the Olympic Peninsula. Could not recommend a more professional, helpful, and personable shop. Thank you all at Randy’s, I highly recommend.”
“I went to Rainier Auto Glass, due to the recommendation of Clear-View Glass, in Everett, since they had stopped working on vehicle glass.
Dang, I thought Clear-View had great service, until I went to Rainier! These guys worked on my car's cracked glass and did everything immediately! Molly is such a rockstar and fantastic at responding! John, the original owner still works there too and has been a great resource too!

“Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“This business is outstanding!!! A rock hit my windshield and I had Crack about a foot long. My husband called Alderwood Auto Glass in Marysville at 9:00 in the morning. Ins sent referral was sent , new windshield ordered. We had a 2:00 appointment, arrived about 20 minutes early. .They got the car right in!!!!! We drove out a hour later!!! Wonderful friendly knowledgeable staff!!!!!! I highly recommend!!!”
“My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car. I've moved out of Marysville now but if I were still living in the area I would bring my vehicles to James whenever I needed something.”
“Second time to buy a full set of tires for my motorhome, they time out before I wear them out. Always fast fair service and the only time I had a problem they came out to my house and fixed it. I use truck tires on it so no problems on the road. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend. Retired truck mechanic here I’ve seen a a lot of tire companies and I highly recommend these guys”

“After spending almost $3k at another shop for repairs, still had the same problem. They said I needed powertrain repaired and a new power steering unit for another $2000 plus tax. Got a recommendation to take it to Aaron's. After checking it out the powertrain and power steering unit were fine. The problem was actually a worn part within the engine itself. It cost $2300 total for Aaron's to fix it. Had I gone with the other guys they'd have charged me the 2K then when I still had the same problem they would have charged me who knows what to actually repair what really was wrong (if they ever figured it out!) Wish I'd taken it to Aaron's to begin with. Honest, experienced, reliable local business ! I would give them a 10 star rating A+++ service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
