And they did within 2 days exactly what I wanted, an even better contract was quick, easy, painless down payment was reasonable, totally recommend y'all coming out, checking out what they have and picking you up some new wheels. “Nice folks and worked with us on pricing but bring someone car savvy with you. We were able to point out a few things that they agreed to fix and did so before we picked it up. After we left and got gas, the truck needed some messing with the ignition to start, but it's an old truck (1999) so it's going to have a few things wrong, going to replace the starter and see if thst fixes it. Hoping this truck works out ok.”

“If I ever get stranded in Yelm Washington again I know right where to go. We had just bought a boat. I greased the bearings on the trailer. We made it about 6 miles from the sellers House. Bearings went out on the trailer. We got a hotel.The next morning Ken from Les Schwab sympathize with my situation, got us in almost immediately (without appointment or notification) had a full bearing job done on our boat trailer within a couple of hours. All of the staff was very polite. I felt that the price was reasonable. We were stranded and we were desperate Thankfully, we were not disappointed in anyway with Les Schwab and the staff that day. The boat and trailer made the 300 mile trek back home without issue…..5 stars”

“Regardless of the reviews here, they have some very kind men working here. I tried to do a DIY today in the parking lot and it wasn’t going well. The sweet men from this shop stopped to help me and even gave me a jump when I killed my battery. They didn’t end up leaving until 20 minutes after their shift. I’m trying to get through nursing school and have stayed over to help my patients in the ER before but it is rare that I get that same appreciation back. Today was my day!! I wouldn’t have made it home without them. ❤❤”
