“I recently took my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer to Turner Automotive for electrical issues. The passenger side window would not work and all of the instrument panel was not functioning. Many of these issues have happened over the course of me owning this vehicle, which I bought new. I have had it to the chevy dealer and other shops for repair several times each costing me lot's of money. Turner took the time to troubleshoot the cause of the problem, rather than just replace stuff. Everything is working and the cost was about a third of what others have charged me. “Well well well let me tell you about my day decided to do something good on my day off didn't make it to my final destinations my dog and I got into an accident one till company came out but then refused to let me ride in the front of their car to the collision because of Covid despite me being an emergency room essential hospital employee I want up getting a rental car but after waiting two hours plus for a failed tow truck company this company came out and saved my day and I only waited 45 minutes the person named Bill working the tow truck was super friendly down to earth kind hearted and would have allowed me to ride in the truck with a mask. Super nice guy very professional and afterwards game me his card on case I ever need future services and a cute keychain light. This company went above and beyond for me and I will be using them and or telling everyone I can to use them if they need a fair priced tow services and good hearted people. Also took safe precautions with my lower lil car and prices are so appropriate . Thanks so much all you do Bill”

“Nice folks and worked with us on pricing but bring someone car savvy with you. We were able to point out a few things that they agreed to fix and did so before we picked it up. After we left and got gas, the truck needed some messing with the ignition to start, but it's an old truck (1999) so it's going to have a few things wrong, going to replace the starter and see if thst fixes it. Hoping this truck works out ok.”

“Bought a vehicle here. It was in good condition. The only thing wrong was a tire pressure sensor which i had to fix on my own. And the car was not clean/detailed on the inside had some trash inside.”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society!
