“I was looking for a rare part. An AC compressor for a GL450c Mercedes. They cross referenced it and a ML500 was the same. They told me the location and everything. I found the vehicle and everything was gone. Front suspension, motor and transmission. I was not happy. I started walking back and 2 spots away WAS the whole thing! Pulled and sitting on the ground. It took me 5 minutes (I timed it) to pull the part I needed. Price? $33! Happy!”
“I went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!”
“Well Abra was not able to repair my vehicle and we had to wait for parts. It turns out the repairs would exceed its worth. They went out if their way to accommodate us the length of time and went above and beyond to satisfy us.”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“When my wife was driving into town and moose jumped the guardrail and smashed into the side of my wife’s Subaru Outback causing a good amount of damage to the passenger side of the car.
The insurance company gave a me a couple places that I could take my car to. A couple of them were national chains collision centers. I wanted to keep my business with a locally owned company. I read several reviews and settled on Craig’s Collision Center.
I spoke with Eric at Craig’s, he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient for me. I drove the car to Craig’s, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks.
Eric, either sent me an email or gave me a call several times to explain where my car was in the process of the repair. Two weeks later my car was ready for delivery.
Eric and the team at Craigs Collision Center did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone”

“I met the owner, Ryan, months ago after someone hit our car and we had the body work done elsewhere (we just moved to the area and let our insurance chose the body shop). Because of his kindness in every interaction, I told him if we ever needed body work again that I would go to him. Always hoping we never would just because no one wants to need body work done on their vehicle. Well, as life would have it, we did need it. And I will NEVER go anywhere else. Not only did they do phenomenal work, they told us every step and let us make our own choices by giving us choices. I mean, I trusted him and his team no matter what, but he still walked us through everything. Michael, the first person you see when you walk in was very personable and they all made sure our experience was stellar. I HIGHLY recommend them!

While heading home to Idaho the serpentine belt on my Sequoia broke at almost closing time and these guys had us in and out of their shop in less than an hour. They saved me having to pay for a hotel room. I was also stressed because my dad is in poor health and it was such a hot day. I was just grateful that they helped out so quickly. They could have charged me a lot and I would have gladly paid it but they did not take advantage of the situation.”

“Definition of a mom and pop store that is unfortunately hard to find these days. These guys were friendly, helpful. I had a fender pushed back from hitting the deer and the door wouldn’t open. I drove up, asked them about repairing it. Within minutes, a repair guy was out with a bodywork spoon bending my Fender away from the door, solving the problem and wouldn’t even take money.
