“These guys are truly amazing and so sweet. I came in recently with some vinyl stickers I wanted put on my doors and they gave me a reasonable quote going in.
Sadly my sticker selection wasn't the greatest so that didn't work out, and my attempt to transform the car into a Jurassic Park ranger vehicle wasn't visualized that day. Though it wasn't their fault and totally on me, they were equally disappointed for me and offered to put on my next set of stickers for free if I choose to try again. They gave me great feedback on what kind to get and now ~drumroll~ my car is ready for action at Jurassic Park! And it's all thanks to them! ??❤️”
“Was on a trip and accidentally left my fingerless gloves at home so needed to buy a pair. Cycle Gear in Spokane, Wa. was in a convenient location so didn't have to go out of my way. I was able to buy a pair for my wife and I. The price was decent and the dude at the counter was cool. Overall a very good experience. I don't remember the name of who rang us up but in response to a comment from my wife he showed us some ink on his forearm that he and his wife had gotten together. Just saying, so management knows who's treating their customers good.”

The next day I was picked up by your courtesy driver even though I live more than 10 miles away. The repair was very expensive but I want to keep my vehicle for a long time, so it was worth it.”

“Everyone @ Gerber Collision, from the admin staff to the mechanics were all very helpful, professional, and made sure I was in the loop for everything regarding the repair of my car. Not only that, but they exceeded my expectations as my repair was due to an insurance claim where I originally went through the insurance of the person who hit me, and their partnered repair shop quoted the repairs at about $28k, meanwhile Gerber only quoted the repairs at around $15k when I went through my insurance. To cap it all off, in my insurance claim when I mentioned the damages, I included my front bumper which my insurance denied saying “they found a picture from last July that showed it was there before the accident”, not sure where they got that from, but Gerber went ahead and fixed it for me anyway without charging me or the insurance for it, as they were already sent the bumper from Toyota and repaired it anyway. The whole experience with Gerber was pleasant and I was very satisfied all around, especially after the previous repair shop and other person’s insurance were insisting my car was totaled, when anyone who took one honest look at the car would disagree. I won’t mention the other repair shop, but if you’re in the area and need some work done? Even if you’re in a nearby town, it’d be worth the trip to take your car to Gerber on Argonne so you know you’re trusting a business who is honest about their work, does the best job possible, and gives you updates twice a week on how it’s going. I’ve never left a review in my life, whether positive or negative, and can’t emphasize enough how worth it it was going to Gerber. I’ve had my car back for about 2 months and even though the review has been overdue, I still remembered to take the time to do so because the positive impression I was left with about their work warranted it. Thanks again to everyone @ Gerber!”

“I went to two different O’Reilly Auto Parts stores and called another one, and none of them would turn my rotor because they were closing soon. Then I called this store and Timothy answered. I explained that it was urgent and I really needed to get my car back on the road today. He told me to bring it by and he’d do his best to help me out. Not only did he get the rotors done, but he even stayed about 10 minutes after closing to finish everything for me. Great customer service and genuinely went out of his way to help. “Leland Trailer modified my boat trailer in a way that allows me to easily separate (without tools) about 4’ of the trailer tongue when parking the boat in my garage space. It took some very careful design and precise work.The boat with trailer now fits in my garage with less than 2” to spare. They also found a way to lower the height of the boat rack, which was also needed to fit the boat into my garage. I can do this now by removing two small screws to easily swivel the rack down for storage.
Jake and his highly skilled crew are great. I remain totally impressed. This very affordable modification is all I needed to save having to pay for monthly boat storage year after year.”
