“I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Flash's was exceptional. Without great detail I will say that once we agreed on a price and a time schedule they performed perfectly. My pickup looks great after a big deer hit to the front. I took it on a long trip immediately after picking it up and it worked perfectly. There was lots of damage, including A/C, radiator, body, trimm, and paint. They did a WAAAY better job than the outfit that had fixed a previous deer hit. GREAT JOB FLASH'S TEAM!”

“This shop has been recommended to me by two different professionals. One was someone I talk to at Les Schwab, the other one was the tow truck driver. I’m always nervous about going to a shop that I’m not familiar with. I’m a female, I’m in my 70’s and that’s too big strikes. My experience today was amazing. This is the second time I’ve taken my car to him. Walt could have lied to me about what the problem was with my car and could have charged me $1000 and I would’ve never known the difference. “Have used Crash Champions twice in the lat 6 months for body repair. Great job on putting my car back together, but both times the communication from the automated system and the facility were not stellar. That being said, I still recommend them for really great body work. You cannot tell where the damage occurred from the high quality of both repairs”

“This is the second vehicle this shop on Francis in Spokane has repainted for me. The first one was several years ago and the paint job has held up well. The second vehicle was done in February of 2026 and came out great including the body work. The cost for both was very reasonable and I plan on keeping both vehicles for years to come.”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“Recently had my 26’ F350 in from a minor accident. It was extremely easy to get an estimate and then book the work. They said my truck would be done in a week only took 4 days. I have a toolbox in the bed full of tools and a head ace rack with wiring thru it. They have extreme attenuation to detail. I’m very impressed with the work they provide”

I hit a deer, and given that I drive a Scion, my whole front end more or less crumpled on impact. I was lucky enough to only have cosmetic damage, so I took the car to Gary based on a family member’s recommendation. I’m 1000% satisfied with his work! He’s very honest, efficient, and does AMAZING work. We worked out a very reasonable price considering the amount of damage he had to repair and he got it done in a very reasonable amount of time! I would recommend Fred and Gary’s in a heartbeat!”

One hour after I posted a 2 star review regarding service here, I receive a call from Dan, an actual human being. Was it because of my recent 2 star review. Absolutely it was!! And I applaud them for recognizing the importance of making a human connection with the customer and doing it so quickly. As a result of the call from Dan, I was on the schedule for the very next day and all of my issues were addressed and taken care of expertly. Jim and Brittany were bright eyed positive energy who got things rolling in an efficient manner which I really appreciated. While corporate may think that they are being efficient by utilizing digital assistance, they forget that nothing can replace the human interaction when it comes to customer service. In a time when customer service in so many areas is lacking, Jim, Brittany, and Jacob the tech did an amazing job and for that reason they have turned a less than adequate rating to 5 stars. I am beginning to wonder if they actually have a service department. Twice now the service department phone has been answered by Danny the digital assistant. Twice I have left messages regarding a recall and service campaign on my car and I am still waiting for a return call. If the service department is that busy then should I be concerned with the reliability of my car. This is a Lexus and I am dealing with a Lexus Dealership. I expected better.”

“I cannot recommend A&T Brake Supply enough! Dave, the owner, took great care of me when I brought in spare rear rotors from my Ram 1500. My truck was grinding metal-to-metal, so I needed them resurfaced ASAP, both the outer pad surfaces and the inner parking brake drum areas.
