“I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.”

This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”

“Overall a great company ! Not sure of everybody's name but Benson emailed me with a quick quote for installation of coilovers, got me scheduled 3 days later and they installed all 4 within 3 hours ! Where else can you go to a professional auto shop and have a service like that completed within hours ? Nowhere else besides these guys ! I'll be back in 2 weeks for any final adjustments as the coils settle. I'll be coming to this shop for any other services! Highly recommend!!!!”

I don't know exactly what these guys did to my car, but I took it in for a simple coolant leak, and it drives better now than it did when I bought it; the steering works better, the transmission doesn't stutter anymore, and the heater/AC panel functions now, where it didn't function at all when I got it. “Dennis at Buggy Scrubers is professional, courteous and goes out of his way to provide his services. I had mold in my car that had returned after I had my car detailed several months earlier. Dennis came within 48 hours of my call to diagnose the extend of the issue and neutralize the mold until he could provide the full service. He picked up the car and did a thorough deep cleaning detailing job and identified the leak via water tests. When the car was ready, he met me at the body shop with my car to further assess and fix the leak. Dennis provided detailed updates every step of the way, and when additional work was required he notified me for my approval before taking action. Dennis is delightful to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Buggy Scrubbers.”

His competitive rates are much more affordable than bigger shops. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and I couldn't be happier with his work.Note: The photos are before he detailed the exterior that he shared with me to show his progress.My wife's 2015 Subaru Outback is your typical Alaskan car that moved down to Washington. Years of dirt, dust, camping and pet hair. Oh, and a 2,000+ mile drive through Canada. The exterior wasn't bad, but the interior was rough. Alvin is a miracle worker and removed all the pet hair (short hair terrier hair, by the way, and on black cloth seats...so not easy), while keeping costs down. What easily could have been $500+ elsewhere for a full detail + hours of dog hair removal was a lot less than that with Alvin. The Outback looks like a brand new car and he has a repeat customer now. If you're at all within the Renton area, you owe it to look at Diamond Detail Pro before going elsewhere. He even caught a few things with the car and pointed them out. Again, I don't think you're going to get that kind of 1on1 customer service elsewhere.”

After an unfortunate incident involving plastic bags full of canned goods, and a teenager eager to lend a hand unloading groceries, Joey worked some serious magic to successfully polish out multiple scratches from the bumper of my new BMW. Michelle and Joey were patient with answering all of my questions, and they were super accommodating to me making the trip up from Olympia. I left my car feeling absolutely violated after the incident and came back to my car THOROUGHLY cleaned. The receptionist, I believe her name was Joyce was amazing. She was super sweet and welcoming. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM. I will 100% be returning back. They do have two pit bulls in the office but they are absolute sweet hearts! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car during a difficult time!!”

“The most thorough and complete white glove detail service in Seattle hands down. This is not your average detail shop. Brought in my BMW 5 series to get the engine bay and undercarriage pressure washed and cleaned due to a gasket oil leak and Pat went above and beyond with it. When I took it back to my mechanic to get the gasket work done he was amazed at how incredible it looked! He joked he could eat off of the top of the engine bay because it looked brand new. “I just purchased my used golf with Francisco Hunt and he is the best salesman I’ve spoken to ever! I used to work in a dealership and I struggled finding a car for months after I experienced the infamous Kia Boys. The moment I met with Francisco it was like a breath of fresh air! He was so nice and so informative and was always reassuring me through the process. I had originally had my eyes on a Mazda and he took proactive steps to give me other options that I might enjoy.
