“Their mechanics are the best I've met in Seattle.I got a deep sidewall cut on the bridge and had to stop at Mercer Island with a completely deflated tire. Stopped a few blocks away from the station.These guys helped me put my spare on, then at their shop looked at my regular tire and found the sidewall cut. They refused any tips because it was "so simple". Wasn't simple for me!Everything was quick and took maybe 15 min. They showed me everything they were doing and explained things. I've been to many of the big name tire shops in the area and they'd put me on wait for 2h for a simple service like this.These are honest knowledgeable folks that I'll trust for any car work I need moving forward.”

“I do medical transport for people in wheelchairs, and my wheelchair van suddenly got an extremely loud noise coming from the exhaust. I called around to see if someone could check it out and was denied everywhere, but when I called Aurora Clutch & More and explained my situation to Derek - that I have patients waiting to be picked up - he told me to come in! He got my van directly up onto the lift, diagnosed the noise, fixed it, and had me out of there in time to pick up my next patient. On top of that, he refused to charge me because it was an easy fix. Any mechanic would have charged me, and probably a little extra for such short notice. You really don't see that kind of genuine kindness and neighborly service anywhere! Thank you!”

“I had a 100,000 mile inspection done here. The mechanic who helped me (Chris) gave his honest assessment and didn't try to upsell me. I even asked about whether to think about shock / strut replacement and he told me the prices and what to pay attention to, but didn't pressure me to do it. Overall, I was happy with the maintenance that I had done.It's worth noting that I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and they were open then. Also, if you want to pick your vehicle up after they've closed they can put your keys in a lockbox outside, which made it really convenient for me to stop by at 6pm (i.e. after hours) and not have to rearrange my day.”
“I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.”

I don't know exactly what these guys did to my car, but I took it in for a simple coolant leak, and it drives better now than it did when I bought it; the steering works better, the transmission doesn't stutter anymore, and the heater/AC panel functions now, where it didn't function at all when I got it. “Our ML350 needed a major repair that turned out not to be straightforward. Best had given us an estimate, but it was high enough that we sought a second opinion. Got the same estimate and diagnosis from another shop. We chose to go with Best. The repair took a while due to confusion with which parts (manufacturing year had split suppliers). Even though it took much more work, they honored their original estimate. They even fixed a couple other small items for free. Ended up not needing brakes done, tightened rear brakes, filled tires, and had rotation done and they didn’t charge me a penny. Most honest mechanics I’ve ever met, friendliest, and thoughtful. Had a car shipped up from out of state and got off the truck completely disabled despite having every part replaced by various mechanics in the state it came from before being shipped. Had a couple mobile mechanics in Seattle come but it kept breaking down. Finally just got my car towed to the nearest place and I'm glad it was Ace! They send photos of everything that's wrong, and rank it from how urgent it is.
