I literally got a call almost daily giving me updates. The job was finished a couple days earlier that the estimate said and the work was impeccable. They even took care of a couple little things that they didn't need to. I can't recommend this company enough! I personally will never use any other body shop other than Sonic.”

“I was in for an insurance repair for my Volkswagen. Damage ended up being worse than anticipated but Big E worked with the insurance company (not mine) to get it covered. Interior was vacuumed during the repair as there was a partial interior disassembly and this was a nice surprise. I did have to bring the car back to have the door adjusted post-repair as it wasn't opening as smoothly as the other doors, but they took it in and fixed it same day without an appointment. Very nice staff.”

“I needed a ski rack for my van and was having trouble finding anything that would fit since I don't have the factory system. I had actually purchased my thule tire chains at Rack N Road about 5 years ago and decided to give them a shout after getting lost down the rabbit hole of online research. They gave me 2-3 different options that ranged from about $500-$1000 ALL IN, including the ski rack. They walked me through the different options and the benefits of each. I decided on the channels with adjustable bars so I can get a cargo box later and we can move the bars around to match the box. Great products and great service. I will continue to shop here. Also got a quote on a trailer hitch, but one thing at a time.”

“I had a great experience with Doug's especially Brian. I called several other shops in town and they would not even let me come in for an estimate. Brian at Doug's was friendly and told me when I could come in for an estimate. He explained everything in detail and provided when my car could be fixed. I did have to wait 2 months to get the car fixed but this is pretty normal these days. Doug's did a great job on my car and I would 100% recommend them. Their price seem reasonable and they were good at communicating with me.”

I do need to start out by saying that you need to understand that any and all car repair activities, no matter the company you are going with, have long lead times. This is just a fact and part of what it is like to have a car needing repairs in 2023. So, do yourself a favor and set expectations up from the beginning that you are most likely going to experience long lead times for quotes and repairs, no matter where you go.I have a Range Rover, and Accurate Auto Body is one of 2 shops in the area that are certified to work on Range Rovers. I spoke with both eligible companies, and went with Accurate Auto Body because not only was their quote more competitive, but Jackson, who helped me through the whole process, went above and beyond from the very beginning. I was very concerned about the whole insurance process and he put me at ease. He even was able to get an aluminum body specialist on my claim from my insurance company to ensure they covered the entire cost of the repairs. This was huge and something that maybe another company would not have cared enough to do.When it was finally time for my car to go in for the repairs, Jackson kept me updated frequently to make sure I was never in the dark. The repairs were done in about 6 weeks, which honestly I know sounds like awhile, but my last car was in the shop (not AAB) 4 months for repairs, so this was a breeze. My car came back to me in perfect condition. The repairs were fantastic, the car was cleaned, and I am one happy customer. While I hope I don't ever have another situation where I need to come back to AAB, it will be the place I call if that day comes.If you have a Range Rover or aluminum body car in Washington, this is the place to go.Services: Tires”
