“Scott and his team went above and beyond. I had them do a full PPF and ceramic coating, but there was a little blemish and they treated me well and got me in to fix it even though it was going to be a lot of work for them. He also gave me a ride nearby, which made things extremely convenient. You can tell they’ve been doing it for a long time and have a lot of experience which is why I chose them. Also, they do paint correction before putting on the film whereas the other guy who quoted me just washes the car. Doing a paint correction is the correct way to do it. Also, they gave really good recommendations for products to use to keep my ceramic coating looking good. Great service??.”
“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”

“We had an unfortunate leaky sunroof situation that created a moldy mess in our newer car. Dennis was super helpful and got us in for detailing at his first available opening. He did an excellent and thorough job and the car looks better than it ever did! Great communication and competitive pricing, particularly for mold remediation. “A huge ugly smear on the rear-quarter of my Mazda 3 after I rubbed the car against a parking lot's column. One local bodyshop wanted $1,299 for the job. Decided to let Final Finish to have a crack at it. They DONE it! There is still a minor blemish which it can't be helped unless a deep-dive bodywork is to be done. Our cost? $350. On a scale of 1 to 10 ... 8.5 Highly recommended.”
“Great, honest, hand car wash from hard working people. Just had them do a quick in/out service on my vehicles this weekend. I will say some of the chemicals they use on interior plastics are a little harsh/slippery but just communicate what you want or don’t want and they will accommodate.”
“Joey did a fantastic job detailing our car! He’s very attentive even to the smallest details; he helped apply touch up paint on some tough spots and was able to remove most of the scratches after polishing and sealing.

“From start to finish, Jose’s Auto Detailing did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule me at the exact time and date I requested, which I really appreciated. I went with the full interior clean, and the results blew me away — my car hasn’t looked this clean since I bought it back in 2017!
To be honest, my car was in rough shape. I used it for work, have a busy family, park under a tree that drops pine needles everywhere, and even had a drink spill all over the interior after a car accident. Jose’s team removed every bit of it and left the car looking and smelling fresh again.
They deep-cleaned the carpets and seats, not just spot-cleaned like other companies I called. That alone made the service well worth the price. The level of detail and care they put into the job was outstanding.

“I received a 3 month membership for Brown Bear after purchasing my new windshield. I visited this location to initiate the membership.
I then tried to use the membership here & at another location (Soper Hill) and the automated system didn't recognize my vehicle, but the staff put it through the wash.
On Saturday I tried here again, and thankfully the assistant manager (Jenny) decided to try and actually rectify the issue that I was having.
Her attention to detail, personable nature, and strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience was evident.
It has now been confirmed by Brown Bear that my license plate was incorrectly recorded when the vehicle was registered. Mistakes happen, and how they are dealt with - and the willingness to try and resolve an issue are where companies and their staff show their true colours.

“Great service. I called Tuesday was in on Wednesday and everything was great. Level 3 took about 5-6 hours and my 10 year old car looks brand new. Car is so clean. Great business here for many years. They asked me to inspect everything and to bring the car back if I found any dirt. So far it is spotless. They offer hand wash too same day.”

“I took in a body panel looking for some help with fixing up a clearcoat job. They weren't able to work on the part but they gave me some DIY advice on how to do it myself which worked out great. Nice guys, very helpful. And the cars in the shop looked shiny and white glove spotless.”

Jack and Dan have taken superb care of me and my vehicles. After spending over a $100k on my car (Sparky) I wouldn’t trust sparky to anyone. “Pink Elephant car wash in Burien WA does a decent wash. I got the ultimate 20.00 car wash maybe a little pricey fo what you get but its all in perspective. The only thing missing is tire dressing had to finish that up at home. Also if someone cuts in front of you they will get your selected purchased wash so don't et that happen.”

“My wife swears by JD for her Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with its alcantara throughout the seats and fit and finish. If he weren’t OCD, she would have eaten him alive with criticism unless he had rigorous processes in place. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also good at cleaning Ferraris.
So someone with extremely high standards approves of it. I think whoever’s reading this will be happy using the company.
This is Seattle and there are people who are impossible to please, but just use him. If you are looking for someone to clean a high-end vehicle, you’re eating up valuable time, which is money, looking around. You don’t need to waste any more time.”
