“TL:DR: great work, high integrity, eager to make things right.I don't have much fine jewelry, but I will absolutely come here again whenever I need a piece repaired. I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.”

“The first place my boyfriend and I started looking for rings was here when we got engaged. We weren't really sure about getting a custom ring so we looked around to see what was out there and of course I had something very specific in mind once I figured out what I wanted and no one was able to offer exactly what I wanted except for here. We got to work with Christine. She helped us design exactly what we wanted, a gorgeous 3 stone Montana sapphire ring. She was amazing and I couldn't recommend working with her more. She always took care of any questions I had and was just a joy to work with. She talked me through things I would never have thought about, like would a standard wedding band sit well next to the type of setting I wanted or would I be ok with a curved band if not? She made sure I was completely confident in the choices I was making for this ring. My ring is perfect and I'm so pleased we chose to get my ring here.”

“We found Fabri highly recommended on Reddit, so we decided to give it a shot (our first ever jewelry store!). We had an inherited wedding band to get resized and we wanted to look at engagement ring options. We went in on a weekend and received fantastic customer service! Once we got the ring resize coordinated, we were able to walk around the showroom by ourselves to look at different engagement ring options. The store has an immense collection of samples to try on and look at, which was great.Before we left, we chatted about the personalized ring design process and learned about various stones and metals. We appreciated the freedom to browse on our own without any pressure whatsoever to buy anything or keep talking. We also appreciated that all employees were honest about the pros and cons of different designs — and were willing to be blunt when spending more became unnecessary for us.Every subsequent visit to their store was quick and easy. We are incredibly happy with their craftsmanship, too! Both of our rings turned out absolutely stunning — and the process was much faster than we expected (both resizing and custom-designing!). “I came in to fix my engagement ring which had been dented from my wedding band. We decided to fully remake my engagement ring, but sturdier, to fit better with my wedding band. I worked very closely with Erich through the whole process and he was amazing! They were able to remake my ring, nearly identically but stronger and shaped to fit flush with my wedding band. I’m so happy with how it tuned out. The whole process was transparent and easy, I’d recommended them to anyone!”

“Siamonto was one of the only jewlery stores in Seattle that would resize my ring in less than 2 weeks. Most companies have to send the ring to their manufacturer for resizing, which increases the turnaround time. Siamonto does it in their store, so it only takes 2-4 days. Not only was Siamonto quick, they were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.”

“Dan has worked on my ring twice, once to fix a missing stone and the second time to resize it. He does excellent work with an eye for detail, exactly what you want in a jeweler. I made the mistake of trying to go to a jeweler closer to my home in North Seattle after he moved to Burien and the service was not friendly and the price 3x higher. I cancelled the order and took it to Dan instead. He is worth the drive!”

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. “I went in to get my watch repaired because I couldn’t figure why it had stopped running, even though I had just changed the battery. It was a $80 leather watch, not fine jewelry like what the store sold. The young man at the counter tested the battery, determined it was good, and then brushed some dust out of the gears and it’s working perfectly now. It took less than 5 minutes!”

“I cannot sing the praises of Tyler and his team enough! My husband and I visited Tyler after shopping around for rings at some of the chain jewelry retailers. Tyler sat with us and took the time to describe the different types of stones and settings, then let me try on a range of different options while asking me what I liked or disliked from each option.
