JD was very helpful and I mentioned that this was my wife's car and that we were using it to take my wife to Seattle for daily medical appointments and with her car in the shop we were going to have to use my car which isn't in as nice of shape to take her to her medical appointments which was undesirable given all that she was going through. JD and the rest of the crew at Caliber went the extra mile and were able to get her car repaired in record time and the final repair looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to take a car to Caliber in the future and think they are a great shop!”

“A bracket popped off the side of the muffler on my 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT. I called A-1 and they were booked out about a week so I made the appointment. I arrived a little early, but he was ready for me and he welded the bracket back on as well as beefing up the welds on the bracket on the opposite side.
