I also just found out the staff gets a commission, so I will be ordering in the store now instead of online so they get the bonus they deserve. It would be great if the store hired another employee just to install tires. Ricardo gets hammered with all the installs.”
“I've been using these guys for years and my God they saved my life. Why spend a thousand bucks on a tire if you're going to drive over a nail anyway. I get a new tire from them every time something bad happens and I'm still coming out way ahead on prices. Usually they're here to put a new tire on for me in about 10 minutes!”

I highly recommend Elite Auto Body Shop for anyone needing quality collision or auto body repair. They did an incredible job on my 2018 Tesla 3 after the front fender and rear bumper needed to be completely replaced.
From the start, their customer service and communication were outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything very easy to understand. What really impressed me was how mindful they were about helping reduce costs where possible— their estimate came in over $2,000 less than another auto body shop I had quoted.

On the last repair, there was a molding part found to be missing, which neither we nor the shop had any clue as to how it had been removed; after discussion, the manager had the part replaced free. Fast and efficient, was in contact with Ahmad last night about the vehicle I was wanting, let him know I had no way there and he very kindly drove 45 minutes, 90 ish in total, to get me first thing this morning so I could get my new vehicle. Highly, highly respect them and appreciate their help and support! New to WA, my second day here my vehicle was totaled by some guy that hit me, have been without transportation since. Almost a month and a half ago, been here 3 weeks in total after flying home for my kids and coming back with no vehicle, was starting to get dejected thinking I wouldn't find anything for my needs. Above and beyond service to help me get through the anxiety of buying a vehicle, and I can be a stressed out Karen! They took it in strides and walked me through my anxiety. “I had stopped in as I recently had my car repaired after an accident. The place I went to replaced the front license plate frame however did not change the back one. An Audi driver cannot drive around like that!
I was welcomed by Alexis, I told him my issue. He said would you like these that are from us? I said sure this place has always treated me well. He came and put those frames on for me…. No charge!

“I recently bought a ford 2.3L from foreign engines I was a little skeptical at first because I bought an engine from gundies in Bellingham wa, about a month ago and they were a complete joke and stole $1300 dollars from me and the engine was junk.But my experience with foreign engines was completely different and I couldn't be happier with my experience not only did the engine start right up but it didn't smoke or Tick of anything for that matter. No leaks I will definitely use them in the future.Also the driver was super cool and friendly while he was delivering my engine for FREE did I mention FREE???No core or anything.THANKS AGAIN FE.”

“Took my Sprinter van in because of an issue while fueling. The nozzle would auto shut off long before the tank was full. Turns out there was a valve in the fuel tank that wasn’t working. Scott and crew fixed the problem quickly and correctly, and it was covered under warranty so at no cost to me. It was a wonderful experience - probably the best vehicle dealer service experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this shop for all your Sprinter van work!”
“These guys are the real deal. From their management team to the techs in the field. We use Instant Auto Body religiously on our vehicles and when they say instant they mean it. Most jobs are completed same day while they juggle four or five different repairs for me on any given Monday morning. They're always on time and always communicate any issues that may arise while working on our vehicles. Mike K is our most recent full time technician and he's great. He's punctual and always gets the job done right the first time. Guess what? They mess up on a repair? They will ALWAYS make it right. I cant say enough about these guys. Whether its fixing a dodge dart that got bumped on our lot to a Rivian that gets side swiped these guys mean business.”
