There were some issues getting parts/getting the right parts delivered (I have the N Line version of the Elantra), but they were so communicative and friendly through the whole process. The repairs are great, the car looks fantastic (and shiny!), and they even cleaned it inside, which was such a nice surprised after the stress of everything. Wonderful place and people.”
“Elite Autobody is outstanding. After 41 years of driving, I finally had my first fender bender — and of course it wasn’t in my daily driver, but in my pampered, spoiled Porsche.
I had no clue how the insurance process worked. Missy at Elite stepped in like a seasoned tour guide and told me exactly how everything would play out. She was right about every single step.
Elite’s estimate was double the insurance company’s “preferred” shop, and insurance practically begged me to use their cheaper option with non‑Porsche parts. I stuck with Elite because both the dealer and Hankook Tires recommended them. Best decision I could’ve made.
After painting the new OEM Porsche fender, Elite actually called me in because they weren’t happy with the color match. Missy pointed out a tiny difference I never would’ve noticed — not in a week, not in a month, maybe not ever. They insisted on repainting it to meet their own standards and asked if it was okay to keep the car a few extra days.
Regarding the insurance process — Missy was 100% right. In the end, the insurance company wrote a check for the full Elite Autobody invoice. No muss, no fuss, no arguing.
Honest, meticulous, and genuinely committed to quality. Elite Autobody earned my trust — and saved me from driving around with a “close enough” fender on a car that gets more beauty treatments than I do.”

Fast and efficient, was in contact with Ahmad last night about the vehicle I was wanting, let him know I had no way there and he very kindly drove 45 minutes, 90 ish in total, to get me first thing this morning so I could get my new vehicle. Highly, highly respect them and appreciate their help and support! New to WA, my second day here my vehicle was totaled by some guy that hit me, have been without transportation since. Almost a month and a half ago, been here 3 weeks in total after flying home for my kids and coming back with no vehicle, was starting to get dejected thinking I wouldn't find anything for my needs. “Took my Sprinter van in because of an issue while fueling. The nozzle would auto shut off long before the tank was full. Turns out there was a valve in the fuel tank that wasn’t working. Scott and crew fixed the problem quickly and correctly, and it was covered under warranty so at no cost to me. It was a wonderful experience - probably the best vehicle dealer service experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this shop for all your Sprinter van work!”

“These guys are the real deal. From their management team to the techs in the field. We use Instant Auto Body religiously on our vehicles and when they say instant they mean it. Most jobs are completed same day while they juggle four or five different repairs for me on any given Monday morning. They're always on time and always communicate any issues that may arise while working on our vehicles. Mike K is our most recent full time technician and he's great. He's punctual and always gets the job done right the first time. Guess what? They mess up on a repair? They will ALWAYS make it right. I cant say enough about these guys. Whether its fixing a dodge dart that got bumped on our lot to a Rivian that gets side swiped these guys mean business.”

“I ordered a JDM transmission for my 05 Accord and was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The technician, Sabian, was very helpful with an electrical issue i was having and was very helpful and knowledgeable about possible causes and walked me though the diagnostic processes until I found that I hadn’t properly seated the wiring harness. Shipping was rapid and came right to my door on a dead end gravel road via a smaller lift gated box truck at no extra cost. Great people to do business with and I would gladly recommend Foreign engines, Inc. to anyone looking for quality JDM replacements.”
