“Excellent customer service. Every time I walk in the store I am geeeted and asked if I am looking for something in particular. It’s a type of customer service that is an art form and Paula, Daphne, Tom and Joanne excel in this. I truly love the selection of products that this shop offers and it’s a unique store. My kids, love birds and we go bird watching. We bought a hummingbird feeder and really appreciated the directions that staff gave us. There was even a sheet. What a wonderful gem in the Bothell area. Great job!”

“I stopped in here with a bunch of questions and I walked away with plenty of answers, a free mini and a painting tutorial. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. Games Workshop/Warhammer games can be intimidating from the outside, this shop helps take that edge off.
Bonus: super accessible by light rail!”

“Very decent prices, even with the new tariffs. Good knowledge of both sports & Pokemon. However, 9 out of 10 times that I go in there, it feels like they annoyed to have to help me. But hey, customer service hasn't really been their focus over the decades that they've been open now.

“Always a great selection of items here. They have a lot more fabric options now that Joanns has closed down. They always have sales too. Definitely worth signing up for the free rewards program.
If you go there a lot, you'll recognize which items are more affordable there and which are better to get on Amazon to save the money.
And they have self checkout!!! Some people refuse to read the room and then cause a big backup to go to the one human checkstand, while the 3 self check outs are empty. A lot of the coupons allow stacking, which you can do at self checkout. The employees wouldn't always do this when they rung you up prior to the self checkout existing.”
“Mugu has something for everybody. They are not the cheapest but it's probably in stock. Today I was there for some Pokemon and the new Ninja Turtles MTG bundle. They are polite and well stocked. There is LOTS of room for TGC gaming amongst other games. Thanks :)”

“Art is an honest and fair stamp dealer with a deep knowledge of the hobby. Unfortunately the average stamp collection has little value but the serious collection may have considerable value and Art is an excellent resource for separating "the wheat from the chaff" as well as a good place to buy stamps and supplies.”

“I was told that if your going to sell them some sports merchandise that they're going to offer only 60% of what they think they can sell items, but then who sets there price after you leave. Nice place anyways and the gentleman i spoke was nice guy too.”
