“The entire staff at Ben Bridge Alderwood was so nice, however working with Jay was the best experience ever! She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. As an expert Gemologist, Jay took the time to help me find the perfect emerald. She was as excited as I was when I went to pick it up! She also made sure my other rings were secure and cleaned. This was my first time going to Ben Bridge and my first time spending quite a bit on jewelry. I have to say that they have a customer for life! “Medina Jewelers is the only place I take my jewelry to be repaired or sized. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and the gentleman who does the goldsmithing is a true artist. I have taken two very special rings to him to be sized and he was not only able to size them (including making sure the grooves on a band showed no sign of work done) but the turn around time is so fast! Their pricing is incredibly fair without compromising quality.”

“Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!”

“My fiancé and I went to a dozen jewelers over a couple months of ring shopping. Jared was the only one we felt truly helped us through the process. Nancy and Adrian primarily took care of us over the 3 different visits we made. They were excellent guides as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Many jewelers pushed us certain directions and told us we could only have X number of rings/stones out at a time, forcing us to narrow down what was being looked at. Nancy and Adrian made us feel like they were on the journey with us. They were patient and never pushy.
Ultimately, their service and support in addition to the rings are why we choose Jared.
Their service after the purchase should also be mentioned. Because the gem we went with is a unique shape, the head it set in needed to be special ordered so that the wedding band would sit flush against the engagement ring. No one knew this until the jeweler was trying to size the ring with the band. Gary called us to explain the challenge and set the appropriate time expectation. Only after we picked up the rings did we find out the different head was an additional expense that they DID NOT charge us for.”

“This place is amazing! The folks who run it are always kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and orderly. Pricing is amazing, but sizes are quite generic. (S-M, 7-8 for shoes). There is also a place upstairs for husbands to hang out and eat snacks when wives are shopping.”

“This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others”
“I brought three 13 year olds girls to get their ears pierced today. Two of them got their 2nd piercings and another got re-pierced after 4 years of the piercing being closed up. The two piercers we had were amazing! They were patient, professional, and so friendly! They made the girls feel so comfortable and a great experience! “Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”

“The owner is SO kind! I do respite care for adults with disabilities and one of my clients loves to come into this shop and look at everything. The shop is full of crystals and beautiful things to look at. The owner always chats with my client and I appreciate how much she truly cares about making connections with her community. “I have worked with both Chandler & Michelle at the Lynnwood office to sort through, determine values & sell a huge coin collection that I inherited. Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I felt valued as a customer and I appreciated that they were transparent with their sources of information. I kept some coins, sold some for the metal value and sold some as collector coins. Really a great experience! Side note: I would recommend scheduling an appt to ensure you’re seen quickly even when the office is busy.”
