“I had a great experience and will be returning for anything my vehicle needs in the future.
For years I've been going to my dealership for regular check ups and to replace my tires, change my oil, etc. Not only were they overcharging me for this, they also missed that my alignment was off. If it weren't for one of the owners seeing my car parked and noticing my uneven tread and giving me his card I would still be driving a misaligned vehicle. They fixed everything in a matter of hours and also shuttled me back to my house while the repairs were going on!
This is a family owned business, better priced than their competition, that reliably and quickly fixes what you need. What more could anyone ask for?”

“I went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!”
“I had gone to another brake place and they couldn't do a drop in without coming in the morning and leaving it all day for over 10 days. I'm fairly new to the area so I didn't know where else to go I had only heard how good that place was from the commercials on the radio. I made the waiting for vehicle appointment at that place but after 5 days my breaks were grinding horribly. I googled brake repair near me and scrolled past the AI and sponsored suggestions and saw Val's. I looked at their reviews and all were exceptional so I decided to try them. I came in at 1pm on a Friday before a long weekend he told me they were real busy but he would look at it. He took a mirror out and looked. He told me my right rear brakes were completely gone and I only had 5% left on the left. He told me that it was too dangerous for me to wait any longer that if I could leave it for the rest of the day he would fit it in and have it done by 5. He called me just before 4 and said he was done with it. He replaced the pads and both rotors and did a driving break in of the pads. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it even with it being an emergency squeeze in. In fact he even gave me a discount because he saw my Airforce veteran hat on my dashboard and asked if I was a veteran. I wholeheartedly concur with the reviews I read. They are honest, reasonably priced and care about the customer. He could have told me they were already booked for the day to come back later or make an appointment like the other place did but instead he saw how crucial it was that I got it done immediately and made time for me. I will definitely be coming back I think I found my mechanic.”
“I went in for an oil change and also needed help finding my oil cap that I forgot to put back on. Yhey were so nice about it and found it somewhere beneath my car. It was very fast & a pleasant experience, I would recommend jiffy lube on sprague and McDonald!”
“Had a great experience here! I took my vehicle here for an oil change and diagnostics, and they went into so much more depth than I anticipated! They list everything out by urgency/importance and really go into detail about what needs done. The diagnostic report was sent to my email within a few hours, which was really nice to have the time to go over everything and speak to my husband and decide what all we wanted to do. I always feel under pressure at other places to make a decision quickly and I did not feel that here. Kelby was professional, yet friendly, and was very knowledgeable! He was very forthcoming and seemed genuine about what he thought we should do moving forward. Corey was great, too! He also added in his input, as well! So we got two professional opinions at once.

“TL;DR: Brought my gf's old & neglected car to Sculley's for a coolant leak and a few other issues. They got us in fast, gave a fair quote, and had it done by the next morning. It’s always stressful finding a new mechanic—especially when I couldn't be there myself—but Sculley’s took care of us. They’re our new go-to for repairs.

Full story: I called at 3pm about the car and they got us in the next day for a full diagnostic. Since the car hasn't been maintained like it should be, I was honestly expecting the worst. Scully’s came back with a solid plan of attack, clear estimates, and a list of what needed to be fixed immediately vs what we need to keep an eye on.
I couldn't be there in person, which only added to an already stressful situation for me, but they kept me informed every step of the way. They ran tests to find the problem and fixed what was needed at a fair price. I didn't expect to send my gf to a mechanic alone and have such a positive experience, but Sculley’s handled it.
They seem like honest people doing honest work and have earned my trust for future repairs. Give em a shot, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”
