“I brought my car in to NW Automotive when the check engine light came on and the car was riding rough. It didn't feel safe enough to drive to a free check store like AutoZone, so I opted to go straight to a mechanic. I had never been in before. The gentleman who helped me, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming. His colleague, Jim, worked on my car. I expected to be waiting several days, having been told they were booked quite a ways up, but to my surprise I got a call the next day with a diagnostic and a fair quote. I asked them to proceed with repairs. That night they called back and said my car was good to go! Car services are so dependent on what's going on with it, so who knows if my car will be repaired so promptly in the future, but I will be taking it back to NW Auto for their friendly service, clear communication, and fair prices. Thank you all for getting me back on the road in no time!”

“Jessy Chaney does not pay for a fancy front desk, waiting room, popcorn, etc.You don’t pay for all the unnecessary fluff that the professional-appearing shops end up quietly charge you for.Jessy almost expects me to hang around as he works on my car. He has a habit of just flat out explaining what he is doing as he does it. I walk away with priceless information that he just gives away like it’s nothing. He never says it, but I know he has nothing to hide. He has no instinct to keep anything from me.Jessy and his guys at the shop are covered in oil and swear. Jessy won’t waste the possible years of good use a component can give you.Jessy clearly wants your parts to run their full life before you spend your money on more work. My friends and family go through me often, as a long time delivery driver with some repair experience. “I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for Vandervert. My Jeep had been dying on me while at high rate of speed for 10 months and 6 different automotive shops including a dealership that could not correctly figure out why. It was 2 days my Jeep was with Vandervert and they FOUND IT! SPARK PLUGS, coils, and boots. This is after being told it was the transmission by a dealership, (which I replaced) and turns out did not fix the problem. Matt and Joss kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn’t be happier, they took the TIME to figure out the REAL problem. 100% recommend them for everything. “The whole experience with Jeff was just awesome. He was super nice and punctual getting my mom’s truck into the shop for a rock chip in the window. It took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but he kept me updated on the process which I won’t fault him for.We found out that the chip had some debris potentially stuck in the crack, and explained the process of repairing something like a regular chip, and why the repair didn’t go as well as he thought. He told me that he couldn’t guarantee that it would hold, but got it at least as good as he possibly could and said it would be no charge for the service since he couldn’t guarantee it would hold.He was honest, nice, and has very high standards for his work. I would highly recommend him for repairs because he will get it done correctly and professionally!”

“I had Hopkins try to diagnose a problem my daughter was noticing with her 2014 Subaru Cross trek. Service manager was very polite and explained things well and let me know that I didn't necessarily need to replace the parts I was considering having replaced at the current time. He drove the vehicle again to specifically try to pinpoint/narrow down the problem my daughter was noticing. In the shop's opinion the items I thought might be having the problem were not necessarily the issue. He advised me that the vehicle was still safe to drive and that I could hold off a little longer before replacing said parts. I really appreciated his thoroughness and opinion. I have had Hopkins do other work on my daughter's car and was happy with their work.”

“Developed crack in RV windshield in Alaska and taped up to hopefully hold until returned to US. Worked with insurance, who were not helpful in finding place to repair. Had used Novus years ago when similarly had crack in windshield. Called them and Terri handled everything (including dealing with insurance company). Arrived at appointment, glass was there and Matt did exceptional job of replacement of windshield. Even fixed a few minor chips and seal. Professional service all around—definitely recommend the business.”
