“My significant other purchased earrings for me earlier this year from this location. I wore them for Thanksgiving and noticed today that one of the rubies had fallen out. I went to the store to see what could be done. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name because she was absolutely WONDERFUL! She looked at the earrings and found they still had the same type in the store and replaced my earring with a new one. She also checked my ring and found one of the stones was loose and sent it out to be repaired. Very thankful for the outstanding customer service and ease of getting to a solution! :)”

“I have had consistently great experiences with the majority of the staff at Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacists and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain medications, answer questions, and make sure everything is handled correctly. I truly appreciate how caring and professional most of the team is.
However, I’ve had multiple interactions with one employee, Azemba, that have been very disappointing. Each time I’ve spoken with her, she has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s been a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent customer service I usually receive here.
Because of the rest of the staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy, but I hope management addresses this issue so all customers receive the same level of respect and care.”

“The fuel center is always clean, it pays to have a Fred Myer card for fuel discounts and the window staff is nice.
If you are hungry or thirsty, there are quick snacks and cold beverages available for purchase before you hit the road.”
