“Fair prices, wish people would learn to follow arrows and that the pumps can reach around your car if you pulled to the opposite side. However I can't expect everyone to... you know, follow basic directions.”

“Life is stressful enough, and dealing with insurance companies can make it even more overwhelming. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Puan at the Fred Meyer Pharmacy. When I was being sent on a wild goose chase between the corporate office and my insurance company, neither of them was willing to help resolve the issue. Dr. Puan stepped in and took ownership of the entire situation. He contacted the billing department, reversed the incorrect charges, and kept me updated every step of the way. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Dr. Puan, for going above and beyond to help me. Your kindness, dedication, and commitment to your patients are truly appreciated!”

“My significant other purchased earrings for me earlier this year from this location. I wore them for Thanksgiving and noticed today that one of the rubies had fallen out. I went to the store to see what could be done. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name because she was absolutely WONDERFUL! She looked at the earrings and found they still had the same type in the store and replaced my earring with a new one. She also checked my ring and found one of the stones was loose and sent it out to be repaired. Very thankful for the outstanding customer service and ease of getting to a solution! :)”
