“Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on what product to get for my dog that was having some inflammation in his joints and hips. I ended up getting two different brands of a liquid hip and joint supplement and it significantly changed the way my dog moved. It was very obvious that the product worked to improve the inflammation and the pain and the connective tissue issues he was having before taking this product. He didn't limp anymore and he didn't stretch his neck or sit in a weird position and his eyes looked clearer and he just had this swag about him that complimented his whole body. His energy and overall pain free self really helped him have a better quality of life. I also purchased a cold weather coat for my older dog and the quality was excellent and she wore it every day she spent any time outside in the winter months. I didn't feel sad or bad anymore when I looked out the window and saw her enjoying the time she spent outdoors again. I will shop here and recommend the store and the employees to others that are looking for a quality pet store that offers quality products and knowledgeable staff that are also friendly and so help full when you need to make sure your pet that is a part of your family is living there best life possible. “This store is amazing!! I went in for the first time on NYE. They were supposed to be closed but the owner was in working on the computer and let us in for a little shopping.

The ladies working handed out some fruit snacks and offered us water while we shopped. I’d brought in my kids so they were happy about that.

First thing I noticed was the variety of products they carry, as well as the free cat food samples in the front. As a cat owner, it’s disappointing to walk into a pet store and see tons of dog products with few cat products which is most stores.

This is very different. There are tons of cat products and of course FD treats for both cats and dogs. I found things in the Vital Essentials raw bar that I can’t find anywhere else! We were able to find duck hearts and frog legs along with chicken and tirkey necks. Whole quails. Duck heads. All sorts of fun treats! The food they offer is great too. All sorts of wet foods that I can no longer find in other stores. They carry N&D wild boar, my kitties’s fave protein.

Other honorable mentions include: kidney powder, CBD treats, blue mussels, YEOWWW toys, etc.

I’m 100% going to shop here and support this establishment instead of unethical places like Petsmart/Petco. It may be a bit pricey but the variety they offer is incredible and their really nice!

For the New Year they also gave us a free peacock feather!”

“Maybe it's weird to say I love a certain location of a big chain store but I love this PetSmart. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is exceedingly rare for me to NOT find the item I came in for; they're always well stocked. And since I have to buy supplies for my many pets, I'm glad to be able to use my rewards points for discounts. Don't ever change, Woodinville PetSmart.”
