“Needed a set of lawnmower tires and these guys pulled through. Travis's follow up was spot on and kept his word he would call when the tires arrived. Great guys, extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. Will give them as much business as possible!”
“This shop is really phenomenal. It is a hidden gem of great customer service. From the outside looking in you may think it looks a bit messy but the gentleman working within know what they're doing and are offering kind, fair service. Today I showed up with an issue in my gas tank and foolishly it was my mistake and the gentleman helping me (seemingly the owner as he was the one answering the phone and giving the great service) advise me how to not make the mistake in the future and did not charge for assisting me. I felt that was very kind as it did not take more than 2 to 3 minutes for him to help me.. although he was very busy working on other cars, so I appreciatedthe quick diagnostic and wanted to show my appreciationhere. Would definitely return.”
“All the employees are polite and knowledgeable and respectful. I like the fact that all estimates are printed out and clearly explained. I trust Les Schwab of Monroe, WA for all of my KIA Soul needs, brakes, tires, oil changes”
“After having been at numerous shops, the crew at Monroe Goodyear were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for my next service.”
