“Wow! You don’t get customer service like this anymore. Not only was our water leak successfully fixed, they went above and beyond with communication regarding the problem and the cost to fix. Then when we got the car back it was SPOTLESSLY clean (full inside and out detail from what I could tell) and a dent in the back left side had been mostly taken out. The extras were all free of charge. Like I said, above and beyond. As a side, with a toddler and new baby our car is difficult to keep clean so when I saw the condition upon return I almost cried. So clean.”

“I had a FASS lift pump installed on my Duramax. Headed out for a trip and unfortunately when i arrived in Las Vegas my truck started leaking Diesel.Had the truck towed to a Diesel shop in Las Vegas and it was fuel line that should have been capped when the FASS was installed.I explained what happened to Mark he was very understanding and he graciously covered the cost of the repair and the rental car.That is a great example going over and above helping out a customer and i will continue to take my Duramax to Specialized Diesel.”

“TRIPLE WOW! I recently bought a new BMW X5, and decided I wanted to have a full, long lasting Ceramic Coating applied to the vehicle along with Paint Protection Film for the entire front of the SAV (BMW for SUV) to include the A pillars, and the windshield header. The ceramic product I wanted to use is made by a company called Gtechniq with a nine year warranty; I had seen their ads in the BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche club magazines. My thoughts were that if they were appealing to that car buying demographic the product must be good. I found four different Gtehniq certified installers within 25 miles of my residence and requested a quote from each. The quotes also included the installation of the afore mentioned PPF.So here's the deal, Jake at FX Pro, hands down gave me the best price. And, we all know, sometimes that may mean the cheapest work product. WITHOUT ANY QUESTION, JAKE AND HIS TEAM DID A JOB THAT WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT! Let me say it again BEYOND EXCELLENT! They covered every area I had anticipated they would, and then protected some pieces I hadn't even considered. The ceramic coating feels like glass when I run my hand across the surface. They removed the wheels and applied the coat on both the face and back of each, plus they applied a coating to the brake calipers. My whole experience working with Jake and Patty (scheduler and office manager) was a FANTASTIC experience.Side note: The truck had only 550 miles on it. When they moved it out of the installation area to the front of the shop to deliver it to me, it popped a "Check Engine Lamp." Jake called me before I got to FX Pro and explained that the lamp had come on and he offered to pay for the fix. WHO DOES THAT! Only a guy that stands behind what he does. “I first went to Bow Wow almost 20 years ago when shopping for parts for an old 93’ VW Jetta when they were located in Lynnwood. I just had them replace a timing belt on my 2005 VW TDI Jetta. Robert & crew did a great job and replaced the fuel pump that literally died after they got it back together. Although it cost me more $$ it was a very fair price and more importantly they know what their doing! Bow Wow is also a great source for getting higher quality electronic components for your VW or AUDI. I will be a customer of theirs for life.”

From the outside looking in you may think it looks a bit messy but the gentleman working within know what they're doing and are offering kind, fair service. Today I showed up with an issue in my gas tank and foolishly it was my mistake and the gentleman helping me (seemingly the owner as he was the one answering the phone and giving the great service) advise me how to not make the mistake in the future and did not charge for assisting me. I felt that was very kind as it did not take more than 2 to 3 minutes for him to help me.. although he was very busy working on other cars, so I appreciatedthe quick diagnostic and wanted to show my appreciationhere.
