“Marshalls is cool when you need something fast, and you want a good deal. Shoes, clothes, even stuff for your house.This one is on the small side though. Others I have been to, have a lot more. The stock is limited, and sizes are too. Very hit and miss at this one compared to others, where I always make a purchase, and more than planned.My wife found something... But... Me not so much. I will be back though to keep looking.”

“Wow...I have shopped at other what used to be Big R stores here in Washington and in Oregon and this used to be Big R at one time but is now North 40 Outfitters. Customer service at these other stores could not care if you are there or not especially when looking for someone to help you find something. We stopped at this North 40 Outfitter store in Moses Lake, Washington in July 2015 in our travels. We had the best and I mean .....BEST customer service ever! The store manager was awesome and personally took his time to assist us with what we were looking for and answer any questions we had and was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful and the personal that work there also know there job very well too.They are well trained! The manager has run this store for many many years from when it was a Ranch and Home,Then Big R and now North 40 Outfitters and does a wonder job and is Extremely knowledgable and very honest in what he does and how he runs the store!! I grew up in Eastern Washington and have been to this store many times when I lived in the area and Thank you to the Manager for all your help and taking out personal time to help us. We wish there were more manager's like you and one's that run a store like you do!! IT IS AWESOME!! and my husband and I will be back again when we travel up that way again!”
“I don't really have a complaint because I love their prices and the quality of their goods. I bought a coat that is great. If there was anything to complain about it would be the condition of the racks. I understand that the consuming public is careless and rude, and they don't put clothes back on the hanger and just leave them on the floor.”
