“We had an incredibly smoky summer, and I came in for my oil change also planning to replace all the air filters. The cabin air filter was indeed dark and dreadful, and not easy to replace either, but they went above and beyond to get it done. But they also told me -- and showed me -- that the air filter under the hood was in good condition and did not need replacing this time around. Getting my oil changed other places has often felt like running a gauntlet of upselling efforts. That has not been my experience at this location, and the most recent experience confirms that my car and I are in good hands there. I'll be back!”
