    “I wanted a new recliner and wandered into Lyon’s for the first time, thinking it was the first store of many I’d need to visit, but I was wrong. Shelly is a gem. She’s not a typical salesperson, she’s more like your personal shopper who will find what suits your needs best. She asked questions to find out what features I might like, showed me a few options, and determined which of those really fit my frame along the way - all at a very relaxed pace. She even suggested a slightly flawed model that was heavily discounted! I thought shopping for furniture would be a long, drawn-out chore, but Shelly made it easy!”

    “The customer service was FANTASTIC! We'd gone to 4 furniture stores and most workers just pointed us in the direction and handed us a card, then disappeared. The guys at Rolfsons Mt. Vernon were really attentive, listened to our needs and personally showed each chair patiently. I'm picking out a recliner that'll be comfortable enough for me, especially after neck and back surgery. The gentleman basically rearranged the whole store”

    “I like to donate to this charity when I have quality items to give away. They're very friendly and always offer a donation receipt if you need one for your taxes. They have a few locations. I like the one in Mt Vernon. A lot of people shop here for home improvement items that are gently used, furniture and other miscellaneous items. The location in Mt Vernon is convenient and easy to visit.”

The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year.
