However, Rocky from AK towing was the most professional and fastest tow truck driver I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to work with! My car was loaded and we are on our way within less than five minutes and drop off was the same. Plus he has an epic beard straight from Viking GODS!! Highly recommend this company and if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be stuck on the side of the road, definitely give Rocky a call!”

Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

They identified what caused the engine to fail and called everywhere to find another engine. Ultimately, being a Land Rover, I simply couldn't afford to have it replaced. “Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. “Couldn't recommend more highly. John and Bonnie (sp?) were the quintessential example of professionalism matched with kindness. We needed a tow from a tight spot in a marina to a haul out and, of course, we had crazy winds the day of the tow. The two of them showed up 15 minutes early and guided us through the process of getting the boat out of our slip and threaded through the other boats safely despite the gales. John's a master of his vessel and Bonnie knew how to take control of the situation on deck and tell people what they needed to do without being a j*** about it. Plus John spent the week prior having multiple pleasant phone calls with me about what my options were and what he would recommend. It turned an anxiety-ridden experience into an enjoyable one. “Adam is the absolutely the best!!! We were panicking about why our car was making weird sounds and flashing strange messages then the battery completely went out. We could not open the doors, trunk, hood, and the alarm was going off. Adam showed up and calmed us down and was able to open the doors, trunk, and hood. He jump started the car then told us he thinks that all the car needs a new 12 volt battery and it was not a major problem. I told Adam that we called BMW maintenance and they told us to bring it in and they would look at it. He said he will help is install the battery and it would be fine. He even helped us find this difficult to locate battery and installed it. The car has been fine ever since. I am so glad to have met Adam. He is very knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend him and if I ever had car problems or questions I would directly go to Adam. Thank Adam for being so nice to us and helping us.”
