“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough. “Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in after hitting a tire tread from a semi on the freeway. Needed the front bumper and the radar replaced. All the staff are very friendly. Carrie helped arrange a rental car for me. They sent a text with a link so I could see updates. Brandon also called a few times with updates. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car was washed and delivered to me when I arrived for pick up. I was also able to easily drop off my rental there too. My car looks and drives perfectly. Good experience overall.”

“Recently I had some work done at a local automotive chain. I quickly realized that they had done a poor job and was hesitant to go back. I was referred to RB Shell by a family member. I called the station and was able to get in the same day. I was relieved to have my oil gauge calibrated and both headlights replaced. I felt a bit embarrassed that the other place had overcharged me for low quality work. At all times the gentleman at Shell were kind and understanding. The work was done quickly on my car and the price was indeed fair. I wish I started my journey there in the first place. I will certainly go to see them if I need anything in the future.”
