“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”

“Josh and Tony treated me like extended family from the very first interaction we ever had. They performed a complimentary computer engine light check and reset for me and sent me on my happy way. Later on, they squeezed me in when my car completely died and I needed to have it towed. 2 days later it was road ready! They always spoke very plainly and clearly to me about the work that they felt needed to be done and any possible extra charges so I wouldn't be surprised. I didn't feel like they were trying to over-sell un-necessary repairs like some other shops do. Would highly recommend to anybody!”

“I do medical transport for people in wheelchairs, and my wheelchair van suddenly got an extremely loud noise coming from the exhaust. I called around to see if someone could check it out and was denied everywhere, but when I called Aurora Clutch & More and explained my situation to Derek - that I have patients waiting to be picked up - he told me to come in! He got my van directly up onto the lift, diagnosed the noise, fixed it, and had me out of there in time to pick up my next patient. On top of that, he refused to charge me because it was an easy fix. Any mechanic would have charged me, and probably a little extra for such short notice. You really don't see that kind of genuine kindness and neighborly service anywhere! Thank you!”

All I knew is that my e-brake had seized and the car was not in driving condition and I asked if there was any way they'd be able to get it fixed and how long that would take. “**5 Stars - Can't Thank Tony Enough!**Had an unsettling rattling noise in my car. Brought it to Tony and he took it for a quick test drive. He pinpointed the issue to the transmission, which will need a complete rebuild. He laid out the reasons behind his thinking, helping me understand the issue. HE DIDN’T CHARGE ME A DIME.Instead of pushing for a pricey repair at his shop, he candidly recommended I consider trading in the car if I don’t have any warranty left, especially before things start getting worse. So, as a last resort, I decided to contact Toyota directly to see if I had any warranty from a few years back. Lucky me, I had a warranty remaining! Got the issue resolved at the dealer at no cost.And just for some context, this is the same dealer who quoted me $250 just for the diagnosis, hinting at even more expenses down the line. “The service was amazing and fast, they didn’t up charge me or anything and they were all super friendly. I had to get the track to my driver side window fixed and they had suggested I also get an oil change and a tire rotation, when I said I couldn’t afford it they basically gave it to me for free! On top of all that, my car door use to pop when I opened it from the left fender getting bumped back when I got hit a while back, when I went to pick my car up it didn’t pop anymore. “Recently purchased and '84 VW Vanagon and after my brother replaced the shifter innards himself, the linkage system got loose and the shifting was out of alignment. I called around to numerous shops - many wouldn't even touch my van. After finding Porbugs, i sent George an email describing my issue and if it's something he was familiar with and could fix. He got back to me same day (Thursday) and said i could bring it in the following Monday for repairs, and gave me an estimated price of the repair, which was a good chunk lower than another shop was gonna charge just for diagnostic. George - the owner - is quiet but friendly and knowledgeable and had my van shifting as normal as an old VW possibly can by just after lunch on Monday. Service was quick and low cost - amazing with it being a specialty shop - and i couldn't be happier. Will definitely be bringing my little van back here for any future needs and services.”
