Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. ESPECIALLY Del, he really went above and beyond for me. Really wanted my family to have a great holiday! I’m not sure if this place is Christian based, but it sure felt like it…I couldn’t be anymore happy with my decision on choosing them to work on my car…. “I'm not sure what has taken me so long to post a review for this shop! They are great!!! We started coming here about 3 years ago, when our other reliable mechanic (Paulco) closed down. I feel so lucky to have found Jori and his team. He is straight forward, fair, and honest. We've taken all 4 of our vehicles to him for service over the years (2 Toyotas, a Subaru, and a Ford). Thanks for all your expertise.”
“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”

“Very reliable and trustworthy! They always do a good job. They have fit me in last minute before when I needed something done asap. They have integrity and are very professional.
I got a quote for new brakes at a local dealership and without me telling them the cost, they were cheaper by more than $100 dollars. This is a family business owned and operated by two brothers and they have been there for many years.
They were also very nice to my little boy and gave him a toy car when we came in and now he asks to go back!

I called him Saturday night due to an emergency with my parents car who were visiting me in the area and he was able to get me in Sunday morning. “Excellent customer service, and so far the best Volvo mechanic I've been to. 256,000 miles and counting on my 02 V70 XC, and I finally feel like I found a mechanic I can trust to do the jobs I'm not cut out for. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, and that they seemed to respect that I do a lot of DIY. They actually listened to what I was saying and worked with me to figure out what makes sense to do on my car.”
“Wife's care had the tpms light on dash illuminated so took it in to have them check which wheel was out. They recommended the whole set be replaced and figured since car is like 15 years old those sensors were probably nearing end of life. Had them do all 4 since I didn't want to risk another failing and since I was already there might as well.
Additionally wanted them to check on an oil leak as I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from. They found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate. It's a good chunk of change to fix the leak so something to consider whether it's new vehicle time or repair existing vehicle. I want to repair and wife wants a van.
Anyways service was really friendly and will use them for future work.”

I feel like they take care of my car as if it was their own. “Excellent experience. I came here to diagnose an issue with my landlords car overheating and Tony found out the radiator needed replacement. The price seemed very reasonable, he allowed me to drop it off and pick it up a couple days later to work around my schedule and the car is running great again. “Everybody there is really nice, very inviting. They even remembered my name, which I thought was really crazy. But I really appreciate that. When I first did my business here at one point I received something from the mail, I got a scratch card. I didn't win anything but I thought that was still pretty neat. I also like the complementary shuttle service, you'll have to be a local to be able to utilize the shuttle service. It's not a bus but it's somebody's personal vehicle, like an uber”
“I'd been having car problems for about a year but had been told by another mechanic that they were unable to identify the problem. My car would die almost every day, jerk while driving, and finally started to struggle to go up hills and drive generally. The folks at Nix's had it running like new the same day I brought it in. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong in a way I could understand (I have absolutely zero knowledge about cars) and I feel so much safer driving now. They explained my options and how much each would cost, and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge to get more money out of me. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!”

One mechanic said my timing belt was gone. I took my car to Paulsons & he realized it was just the starter, fixed it in an hour.
Then, recently, mt battery died & the initial mechanic told me it was the alternator.
Turns out, it was just a loose cable. Paulsons fixed it with zero charge.

“TLC AutoCare has taken care of my vehicles for many years. I was away for a few years and didn’t use them during that time, and in that period my older Ford Escape aged quite a bit and developed major oil leaks and other issues. When I came back to TLC Auto, they treated me with the same honesty, respect, and excellent service I remembered.
They recently completed major repairs on my Escape, including timing cover work, valve cover gaskets, a crankshaft seal, an intake manifold gasket, and a new power steering pump. The work was done carefully and thoroughly, and I feel much safer driving my SUV.
As a single older woman, I really appreciate how clearly Andy explained everything and how respectfully they treat me. They kept the repairs within the budget I gave them, and never pressured me into anything unnecessary. Jon did the actual repair work, and you can tell he takes real pride in doing things right.
They also provided a loaner car, which made the whole process so much easier.

“I work next door to Chuck's, so the first time I needed service I figured it would be convenient. As with any new-to-me shop, I was nervous about getting overcharged or tricked into unnecessary services. But they have been timely, communicative, transparent, and helpful every time! Letting me know what services are essential and which can wait, patiently explaining things to me, and getting work done quickly.
I was inspired to write this post after their kindest act yet - last week I punctured a whole hole in a tire that I had recently purchased from them. After scraping it on a curb. The hole was so bad that I couldn't even drive the car the two blocks over to their shop. Eric left his desk immediately to come and help me inflate the tire, and when that didn't work swapped out my wheel for the spare so I could drive it the rest of the way. They got a new tire ordered on warranty, which came in first thing Monday. It took 3 minutes to swap on and they sent me on my way!”

“I’ve gone to Dave’s auto for many years, but over the summer, Edgar Vargas, a master mechanic purchased the business and opened it November 1, 2025.
I own a 1987 Cadillac Deville that belonged to my mother and is in pristine condition. Both the heater as well as radiator had gone out. I was hesitant at first because not all auto shops offer good service like Dave did. The engine had also been leaking a great deal of oil and I mentioned that to Edgar. Edgar fix the heater and radiator, but upon examining the engine, discovered that it needed to have a complete rebuild in order for the car to function properly. He called numerous shops in the area, but they ALL REFUSED TO REPAIR IT BECAUSE OF It’s AGE. EDGAR DIDN’T GIVE UP!! He’s having the engine rebuilt by someone in eastern Washington that he has known for 20 years and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Edgar impressed me with his honesty plus showing me exactly what was wrong with the engine. He is very dedicated to his profession and I’m so thankful for him.”
