“My pet pigeon wasn't feeling well and the regular veterinarian I go to was on vacation and wasn't available for another week and a half. I went on line to find a clinic that could see my pigeon sooner. Your clinic popped up and I saw Dr. Andrew Logan's name! I remembered him from my past experience at his former place of practice! I was delighted to see he was working there. Dr. Logan cared for my other pet pigeon about a year or so ago. I will be bringing my birds to your clinic next time the need arises. P.S. My pet pigeon seems to be feeling better after starting the antibiotics and Meloxidyl.

Initially they were “just the closest” when visiting the area and my dog had a reaction to something she ate, but that was over ten years ago- now we live in the Seattle area and have continued to take multiple pets to them. “I took my 11 month old rescue dog for a consult with the orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Aguilar, for her osteochondrosis. My pup, who can be reactive towards some people, loved him. He took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly in a way that I understood. He presented options for care, and it was clear that his main interest was the health and well-being of my pet, rather than pushing any procedures. Easy in and out for our dog's annual check-up. Friendly staff. Upfront about costs, which I appreciated. The immunizations were seamless; they took our dog into the back and had her back to us quickly. Alva Cheng, DVM, came in and we had a pleasant conversation with her about our dog's health and she asked if we had questions/concerns. Will be back next year.”
“I cannot recommend Bothell Pet Hospital enough! I have a senior cat with a lot of health issues (asthma, gastroenteritis, heart murmur, occasional skin infections) and this vet has taken such good care of him. They are always so clear on what to expect for each visit and send frequent confirmations and reminders. Whenever my cat has labs done, they always take the time to make sure I really understand what's going on with him, what his results mean, and what options we have for treatment moving forward. I've worked mostly with Rachel Eulau in recent times, but have also seen Clark Camper, Lesley Kovar, and Karen Wichert.
Regardless of who is helping Felix out each visit, all of them have shown so much care and attention to detail. The rest of the staff are also wonderful and I appreciate the time they all take to make some of the more difficult parts of Felix's care as smooth, safe, and gentle as possible.”

“For any bird owner, care at Evergreen Avian & Exotic pets is a must have relationship. Specialty training/degree in avian care is extremely important. Dr. Boutette is so skilled and takes excellent care with parrots. It was so impressive and much appreciated when he introduced himself to my parrot. Birds are so intelligent. It was amazing how that introduction made the first exam so much easier on my parrot. Annual exams are pretty traumatic for birds so the extra care goes a long way. Much appreciated. “After almost four years of my beloved cat William Bell bravely fighting an aggressive lymphoma, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at AMCS. This journey took us through six clinics across four states in two different countries, always looking for a place where the team’s intentions felt genuine and compassionate. Too often, veterinary care can feel profit-driven, so finding a team that understands the care extends to both pet and owner is invaluable.
The AMCS team exceeded my expectations, with compassion and professionalism in every interaction. Special thanks to Dr. Katie Robinson, who initiated William’s treatment and guided us early on; Dr. Nick Szigetvari, an exceptional doctor whom I truly ADORE ? and took care of us; and Dr. Mary Davis, who went above and beyond to fit William into her schedule during his final days, offering me the reassurance I needed to make difficult choices thoughtfully. Her patient guidance helped me feel confident and not rushed in those critical moments. The AMCS team went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures that meant a lot to me. After William’s passing, they honored him by sending a beautiful candle, and just days later, a handwritten letter arrived, which moved me to tears. They handled everything, including billing, with fairness and empathy - never pushing unnecessary expenses and always providing clear, balanced options at every step.

Well, we had our first emergency visit with Dr. Donna and she was AMAZING again! My puppy had a swollen elbow joint, and he was guarding and didn't want to let me touch it, so I called and was seen the same day! She did tests, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease! I understand why she has such great reviews. I'll be taking all of my animals to her!”

“I absolutely love this veterinarians office. Everyone is super kind, and watching how the staff interact with my pets and how in tune they are with the pets and showing kindness is incredible. I have 3 vet adverse cats, one of them incredibly spicy being in a carrier and at the vet, and while they may vocalize their displeasure, the way the staff work with them and make sure not to escalate their anxiety is awesome.
I also have an elderly rescue dog that I end up having to be here a bit more frequently, and as I walk in carrying her they recognize her instantly! She also has had some accidents in the vet's office and was treated with kindness, and one accident in my car on the way, and I was given wet wipes and a towel as my poor baby had some poop and urine on her. I love this place so much! I always recommend this place when I get questions about where I take my pets.”

“The veterinary care I've received for my cat has always been attentive and caring and explained carefully. They reached out via phone/email to check on how she was doing while she was really sick, and I appreciated the attentiveness. My cat has kidney disease. The vet care these days feels pricey... but I don't think that it is unique to this clinic, having a friend whom is a vet it seems to be that vet care everywhere is pricey, and their prices are likely comparable to nearby clinic locations. They always explain the cost of things when I ask and what the different options are, with their price points, which I appreciate. I am often able to get a vet visit same week for my cat as need be, if not same day, which is also appreciated.”
