I recently visited Union Gap Food Mart and was thoroughly impressed! Their deli food is tasty and reasonably priced. I ordered chicken tenders, and they were fantastic—large and satisfying, unlike the smaller, overpriced ones you'll find at KFC on 1st Street or the Chevron gas station on Rudkin Rd by the truck stop. The staff at Union Gap Food Mart is incredibly friendly, and GIO always greets you with a warm hello. Highly recommend this place!”
“I remember going to this place as a child with my cousins who lived down the road ,its very nostalgic that small business is staying afloat with all these big companies around . Its on the other side of the highway the gentleman Juan is astounding fellow assisting the needs for the community. Really quick grab and go market .”

“I am not a 5 star type of reviewer so when I do give it, you know it’s gonna be good!
This is for the deli portion of Safeway more specifically the newest little Mexican edition .,. they now serve posole Verde and chicken Verde along with a couple other Mexican dishes. I came in because I needed to eat something because my blood sugar was low and I seen the posole and I said I’ll take a bowl of that and side of white rice when I looked at the price it was $12 for this bowl of soup, I thought man… I just wasted $12. But no, that was probably the best bowl of soup I’ve had besides me cooking my own in a long time. It was so good and it was so worth it. Five stars like I literally wanna go back and get another bowl. Very very good worth it! It was very, very worth it and I am picky so I don’t say this very often but this this this was great!! props to the chef who made that soup don’t stop. Keep it coming!”

The store was spotless and all the shelves and refrigerator items were stuffed full in a neatly manner!I needed a no bake cream cheese and I didn't see any,I asked Sandra the manager and she didn't have any at this location,so she quickly called Chalet and bingo! “Okay legit overall 9/10 experience. The bathroom was good and had great decorations, including 2 very nice flower framed photos, as well some nice flowers in a vase, however I question how fresh they are… hence -1. But the excess toilet paper is amazing. Lastly I struggled very much with the paper towel dispenser however that could have been my and friends error. I thought about using the excess paper towel but my experience was great enough anyways and I hit the air dry. Overall I love BJs get n go”

“The Chicharones are a go-to especially when they are freshly made. The employees are experienced Workers & Profesional. The variety is impressive, yet it does not feel crowded nor does it have a weird carniceria smell like many supermarkets do. + Plus It’s one of the few stores in yakima with the glass bottle 40oz OE ? Side Note: Maybe some budget friendly Tequila’s will do good in this location.?”
