“I thought I posted on here when I moved but I completely forgot!My husband and I lived at Carvel from October 2018-2023 and loved every minute of it!We moved to be closer to family since we recently had a daughter but if that wasn't the case we would still be living in Carvel.The matinence team is always so nice and great with communication and the office stuff is the same.We also had a few noise complaints over the 5 years that were taken care of immediately.I see some complaints about parking but if you abide by the rules it's never an issue.I would absolutely recommend this complex!-Kirstie, Sean and Piper Youso”

“Love living here! It’s not much more expensive than a place in Everett but here I can walk outside my door at anytime of day and go on a walk and feel safe. Close to the freeway, QFC for a quick snack and with all the schools close by you can feel confident that the residents in the area :) also love the layout of my apartment, the storage closet outside and my walk in closet. The staff has always been so helpful and timely and maintenance has always been quick to respond for any repairs!”
