Jourdain checked me in promptly and took the time to carefully listen to my somewhat peculiar issue—random horn honking on my EQE 500. He clearly explained the diagnostic process and outlined potential parts that might be required, which gave me confidence and set clear expectations. He also arranged a loaner vehicle without any hassle, making the entire experience extremely convenient.
Throughout the repair process, Jourdain kept me well informed with timely updates. While my vehicle was in for the horn issue, I also had them complete my two-year electric vehicle service, handling everything efficiently and professionally.
When my EQE was returned, it was freshly washed and vacuumed—an appreciated finishing touch that reflects the pride they take in their work and customer care.

“A bracket popped off the side of the muffler on my 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT. I called A-1 and they were booked out about a week so I made the appointment. I arrived a little early, but he was ready for me and he welded the bracket back on as well as beefing up the welds on the bracket on the opposite side. Got it done in no time and for a VERY fair price. A true life saver! Can't thank A-1 enough for the skill and great service.”
