“This location went through a phase a year or two ago where staff were very unreliable. Allen (I believe is his name) and another employee (I didn't catch her name) are amazing! Seriously, I couldn't ask for better customer service. They remember everyone's name. Customer service is alive and well at this location.”

“This is a model post office. I’ve had my PO Box at 2 other locations since moving from here, and none compare to the efficiency and courtesy I’ve been accustomed to here. I miss the way I was able to rely on this post office for quick delivery of packages to my box, the way packages were made accessible to me right away, the properly functioning informed delivery, the friendly staff, and the fact that istaff would actually attempt to assist if there was a problem. This seems like standard stuff, but after having my box at 2 other locations, I constantly think back to how good and non-frustrating my mail service was at this location. I can think of a few offices in different cities that could definitely benefit from some training or observation of how things operate here. Thank you all for being amazing. You truly have a positive impact on people’s lives.”

“It was tough there for a while during and after the lockdown, Langley PO was short staffed and I know personally that longtime employees worked very hard putting in overtime picking up the slack.
Meanwhile I’ve been getting excellent service to my mailbox as well as packages delivered right to my door and even out of the rain.”
“USPS in Langley, WA I usually dread coming to the post office because lines are long, it takes forever and the workers aren't very nice but this USPS is not that at all. I've been here a few times and maybe I'm just lucky, but there has never been a line. There's one man in particular who is amazing. Carl has been nothing but awesome! Each time I've spoken to him he has been friendly and obviously having a wonderful day. I spoke to him my first visit here and I wasn't expecting him to be so helpful with trying to ship a box. (My prior experience at the Renton USPS left me hating the post office since I had my box all ready, and I bought a label, and it just needed to be taped on and the woman at the Renton USPS made me buy a roll of tape from her $4.) Not here, Carl helped me find the right box, pack and tape it all up and sold me the postage. He was awesome! This is my favorite and only USPS I'll be going to.”
“I have come here a handful of times. and each time I have received excellent service. The two ladies that work here are always ready to help, especially Charlotte. Recently she assisted me with a sending a package and was incredibly helpful.
There are many places you can go for sending packages, but this one has a truly friendly staff that will always greet you with a smile.”

They get unfairly rated because people don't understand this is NOT a public facing post office. It's just a carrier transfer station.
The staff is always lovely and helpful... more than they need to be.”
