“My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was amazing from start to finish. They showed integrity, efficiency and transparency.
Our vehicle began shaking violently and losing power 7.5hours away from our home and 20min outside of our destination. We were blessed to be able to drive ourselves down the road to the nearest mechanic, Christian Brothers Automotive. It was 91.5 degrees and they let us wait for a ride in their very clean, comfy and air conditioned lobby.
Jeff was super helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I felt listened to when I expressed my urgency to diagnose and fix the issue as we had accomodations in the area for only 4 nights.
Gandalf (Victor) was able to diagnose the issue and repair our vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time, considering they looked super busy when we rolled in (which to me is a sign of a solid business).
Jeff kept me updated every step of the way. The total cost was less than I was anticipating, considering how badly the vehicle was driving when I arrived. I approved the repairs at the price quoted. They were able to repair it quickly and it ended up being less than their quoted cost due to needing a cheaper part than initially quoted. This is the integrity I'm writing about.
My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was exceptional. I wish they were closer to our home as I would use them for all my vehicle needs. If anyone is reading this and within a reasonable driving distance from this company, you found your new mechanic!

“MapQuest seemed to have a lot of trouble getting me there, unless it was just menopause brain. A little spendy. They said it was because my car takes synthetic oil. *Shoulder shrug.* It was the first time I got my oil changed on my car. Liberty Lake is kind of a ritzy place, I guess. So I guess I can forgive the price. Plus, they said they will give free oil checks and up to 2 qts of oil if needed.”

“As I was driving on the freeway, a piece of metal was thrown from a vehicle and got lodged underneath my car. I do not live locally and was concerned about the safety of driving my vehicle back to Pullman. I called to various mechanics, but no one was willing to see me. However, when I called a
AutoCraft, they told me to come in immediately. They checked my vehicles damage and ensured it was safe for me to drive back home. They didn’t charge me a thing and gave me their cell numbers just in case I had an issues on the drive back. They provided me with great customer service and friendly faces in stressful situation. “My classic mustang was rear ended. It had been restored 30 years ago. I was worried about paint match and striping. Andy's was not able to get it in right away but got it started when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. There were reflective factory stripes that had to be custom made, and specific paint for the deck lid. Their work was spot on. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything for the body work. I also had them look at the carburetor that had been worked in previously but still wasn't quite right. Because of their deep knowledge of mustangs they were able to spot the incorrect part the previous shop used and get the car running like a top! I would recommend them to everyone needing classic mustang repairs.”
