“Beautiful old post office in a historic building. Downtown parking is usually a headache, so it's not the most convienent location but if you're downtown already I'd highly recommend doing some business here just for the atmosphere and setting.Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.”
“It’s on the Huckleberries side of the store. They had what I needed and fast service. It looked like it was a full service counter, but I’m not entire sure. They had envelopes, boxes, stamps, etc. I would have never noticed it if someone hadn’t pointed it out. They also have PO Boxes.”
“Been using it a lot lately to ship for my business. Everyone has veen super nice. I was also loving to be able to go anytime, even after hours to you their self kiosk, but I noticed that lately during their close hours you can't even get into use it. So that's been massively disappointing I don't know if it's temporary or not when I go back there I will ask someone. Other than that I've always had excellent service there minus one time that was years ago and it's very clean the parking lot could really use to be updated though that would probably be my biggest complaint next to right after not being able to have the self kiosk at any time”
“The USPS branch in Airway Heights is great! Most recently, I needed assistance finding a correctly sized mailer within my budget. The staff was patient, very helpful and kept me under budget but also made sure my items would be protected and delivered on time. I left happy with a few extra dollars in my pocket but the icing on the cake was that my items were delivered two days earlier than expected! Viva USPS!”

“It’s a post office and it had the services I was expecting. I have used the kiosk to send mail and packages and it worked wonderfully. I have also needed to get stamps from the service desk and the employees were professional and helpful. The parking lot is in bad shape with large potholes as of my last visit in early Spring 2026.”
