βI'm so happy I went here, the slow feeders are so cool, the cat trees are unique & beautiful, and the person working there was super friendly and helpful. This is my new go-to pet shop for all healthy treats and fun cat & dog toys!β

Tiki Tails has always been professional in taking wonderful care of our pets with having a positive attitude, gentle care, with very little wait time, whether to get their services and completion of those services, friendly greetings everytime we enter, Michael is one of the owners and he has always been polite, courteous, friendly, they have a seating area to wait for your pets, and various supplies, pet toys, and a variety of different snacks too. You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

βI went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience.The employee Jamie G was fantastic!I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free.Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork.I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one.My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!!Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!β

βWe were greeted warmly at the door and helped with finding the kibble I needed and the treats I wanted. They even hoisted the bag of food into my car for me. Absolutely excellent.β
βI love pet pros! Every staff member I’ve encounter is wonderful and full of knowledge. Talana was the best! I came in looking to switch my male cats food and they were extremely helpful. They had so much information on multiple cat food brands and answered any questions I had. My boy loves his new food. Highly recommend pet pros for any of your pet needs!β
βEric and the rest of the staff are rock stars. I have three picky cats and A Dog's Dream always has good products and good advice, which I need since my kitties tend to snub most things, including food they used to love. Not the cheapest but a great neighborhood store. Be sure to greet Bill the cat and the chickens out back.β

βI live in the Tacoma area, and the cat food I usually buy was sold out everywhere due to production issues. I remembered driving past All The Best Pet Care stores throughout the Seattle area, so I checked their website and saw that the Burien location had a few cases in stock. I made the trip to Burien and was very impressed with the storeβs cleanliness, layout, and the service from Caden.
Caden was making sure delivery orders were stocked and checked in with me to see if I had any questions. I spent a good 15 minutes looking at all the impressive cat food they carry. They stock pretty much every premium cat food brand I know. I was able to stock up on Lotus venison and pork, and I also bought a few cans of Weruva TruLuxe and KOHA Rabbit to try out.
My cat has a chicken allergy, so I have to be very careful about what I buy. I bookmarked All The Best Pet Care and will definitely shop there again whenever Iβm in the Burien area.β

βUsually quick service and friendliness. However, I, an older person have troubles sometimes with ordering online. This is the 2nd time I've tried calling the store for help. The first time a nice young woman took my order by phone. Today I had problems again, spending 1/2 hour trying to order by phone and was told, in no uncertain terms, they couldn't do this. The young man refused to assist me at all. I am confined to home and can't go into the store.β
βNot many options for collars which is why I came so I bought a harness. I was hoping they had dog back packs also. I like the lay out and everyone was friendly and itβs a nice store.β

βI love this store so much. It feels like home. The staff is so friendly and kind and the environment is very nostalgic and homey. They are so knowledgeable and carry so much to help with your farm and garden. Very very very highly recommend stopping in and checking them out . They even carry small pet food and supplies as well as their own brand of feed. One of my favorite places to run errands, I always look forward to going.β

βI booked an appointment for my cat after noticing mats starting to form around her stomach area. She normally hates being handled by strangers, so I expected the worst honestly. The groomer called midway through to explain how she was doing and asked before trimming shorter sections. That communication made me trust them more immediately. Her fur looked cleaner and softer afterward, and she didnβt spend hours hiding under the couch once we got home. Definitely less stressful than past experiences elsewhere.β

βDelightful customer service, an adorable shop with lovely selection and great pricing on top of it all. I loved that there were seed potatoes and worms/bees for purchase on top of a full spectrum of really good and affordable soils. The plant variety isn't bad either with lots of interesting trees, veggies, herbs, and flowers. The staff were oh so friendly and kind, and are very knowledgeable. I've seen the cats on their socials but didn't find them (a great excuse to go back)!β
βI am disabled. I love the wonder wallet harness, and hands free leash. My dog is a service dog and goes everywhere with me. It gives me so many options. My mom and friend are staying to look at getting some for their dogs.β

βMy 8 year old dog, at the time, was experiencing vomiting after almost every meal. I struggled to keep weight on her, she was lethargic and I couldn't control the vomiting. She had been on kibble her whole life and after several different trial and errors, I was recommended Natural Pet Pantry. We started with the lightly cooked stew and slowly graduated to the raw food. Since switching (about 2 and a half years ago) my dog has only thrown up once or twice, compared to the almost daily bouts before. Her weight is amazing and she has so much more energy! We now regularly purchase the beef, duck or chicken raw food as well as the raw goats milk. I've personally spoke with the owner Jeff on several occasions and the passion he has for making quality food options for our pets is so evident. You can truly tell he cares about the food, the process, his team, his customers and most importantly our pets. Do your pet a favor and make the switch. You won't regret it. Thank you NPP team for extending my dogs life, I truly believe it's due to you that we'll get a few more great years with her.β
βVery pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) βI absolutely LOVE this neighborhood pet store. C regularly stocks everything I need for my menagerie, rabbits, dogs, reptiles--or will order if needed. I'm there three times a week at least and never leave wanting. Service is friendly, even when busy, and I love the community atmosphere.β

βI came here after my dog got declined from petsmart and at pet smart they were rude but here at the soggy doggy they were so nice I was about to tear up it’s was fun and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and we had some questions and they answered them all and even got some gentle soothing shampoo for my dogs skin and allergies it was a reasonable price and they work hard I love all the staff and it’s was worth the drive definitely recommendβ
