“Carl’s Automotive was recommended to me by our local Les Schwab. My Ford F150 had an electrical issue, which the dealer couldn’t find. With results from the tests he ran, I was able to go back to the place where I bought the battery (they hadn’t found the problem, either) and have it replaced. Right now, because he keeps up with current information, he’s fixing a problem that my truck is known for. Carl has the knowledge and equipment to get the job done correctly.”
“Ault Field Pep boys crew were fantastic. We stopped in to check on availability for a tire loosing air. Not only did Robert fo a quick visual but was able to squeeze us in between two other services to replace the leaking valve rather than pushing us off to another day.
He and the other check in person, a very friendly and helpful female- unfortunately I don't remember her name but hope she would be recognized as well as the shop tech who assisted in initially checking for the leak, were happy to share information on services available at their location to include half price oil changes on Wednesdays.
We will definitely keep the location in mind for future servicing needs.”

“I love and trust the Oak Harbor Les Schwab. When I was in the Navy and deployed I would tell my wife to take the car to Les Schwab. I always trusted them to take care of her and not to take her to the cleaners like other places in town.

After weighing my choices I had Marks Auto Repair do the necessary repairs. They kept me informed throughout the repair. I had a small issue after I picked it up, I called and they looked at it right away. The issue was resolved quickly. My car is running so much better now and it's actually fun to drive.
