“I was referred to Pioneer Automotive because they work in Subarus. I brought my 2021 Subaru in because it had stopped running while my wife was driving to Oak Harbor. They took the car in right away and ran diagnostics on the car and test drove it. When they could find no problems they didn’t charge me for the test. When I went out to pick up my car, they had washed it even though they didn’t charge me a dime! We have had no problem with the car since then. I believe it was a temporary problem with the adaptive cruise control having to slow down too fast. Thank you Pioneer Automotive”
“Although Jiffylube is a pretty big company. This franchise is run and staffed by locals. They'll have various sales and promotions, but they won't give you anything you don't want.
Good people here all around. Bring some reading material or games for the line because this place is pretty popular.”
“my husband always took our vehicles to Midway automotive and tire. He trusted them. He got to know the owner on first name basis. Their staff is wonderful and very friendly and will go out of their way they give you old-fashioned service Take care of you. One of the guys in the shop called me and told me that it would be longer than a few hours because they had some other issues had to take care of with my car and he even offered me and my dog a ride home. He came and picked us up from a local book and coffee shop. You can always trust Midway automotive tire!”

“My wife and I were travelling down from Canada and had a flat tire on our SUV. We pulled into Les Schwab Oak Harbour to see if they had time to repair it. They told us they could get on it in 45 mins and they did and in 30 mins it was fixed.
We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.

“Jason’s team did a great job on swapping in a new 3 piece exhaust manifold on my Cummins diesel. The also fixed a long time torque lock issue that had been ongoing, as well as upgrading to a lower thermostat for my transmission cooler. All good fixes and upgrades.
They’ve also done quite a bit of work in the past for me on my old Toyota everything I’ve ever tried to tighten or loosen has been super tight.
Highly recommend them for any type of automotive work.”

“I was desperate to find a shop to have an Oil change and basic service/ inspection to prep my bike for summer. I needed one near me. A friend recommended Bull and Bear cycles. During the inspection they noticed my front forks nose diving and spongy ...not good. A condition my bike has been in since I got it. They offered to service the forks, during which they found that the springs were the issue. I authorized the repair. My old bike rides like new! With the oil change and front fork repair it feels like a bike should. Thank you for catching this. Amd keeping it safe. Excellent work. Will be back.”
“Went in for an alignment after some ball joint work, and this shop did excellent work. Car drives straight as an arrow and now feels planted on the road. The tech was very friendly, took time to thoroughly explain some things he found with the numbers, was honest, and would feel comfortable bringing any of our cars to him. Highly recommend this shop for any work you may need that they do.

“We were stranded in town due to a sudden cylinder misfire issue. Jacks was able to get us in and out within 24 hours. Obviously this can't always be guaranteed but we appreciated the help on short notice!
Mike was also very knowledgeable and happy to take the time and go into detail about all the work done, and all the things to look out for in the future with our truck.

“I brought my car in to have an issue looked at. Turned out to be the timing chain and a few other items that needed to be replaced. After weighing my choices I had Marks Auto Repair do the necessary repairs. They kept me informed throughout the repair. I had a small issue after I picked it up, I called and they looked at it right away. The issue was resolved quickly. My car is running so much better now and it's actually fun to drive.
